Celine is very knowledgeable on the body and how movement of the body works. Celine puts a lot care into her clients making sure they are comfortable and she fully understands their needs. She also spent a lot of time explaining how the leg muscles can pull the tendons and how I can help alleviate muscle tightness at home. After my first session I had improvements in my knee pain.
