"I first came here to get Fraxel, which was intended to be for my acne scars. I spent a couple grand and asked for the highest level of Fraxel. The treatment provider assured me it would treat my acne scarring. They took before pictures, but never called to follow up. After my skin had finished healing, I tried to follow up but they never got back to me. I called, left messages, and even emailed. I was disappointed that I could not see my before and afters. Years later I was also told that this treatment was not the highest fraxel level like I had requested, and only the higher level could treat acne scars. So, I wasted over a thousand dollars on a treatment that could not help my acne scars. A few years later I set up a scar removal with Dr. Kurz, where a scar had to be cut out and they sewed it back to make a smaller scar. I liked my results and requested a follow up appointment, and they responded this time. We talked about different treatments for my acne scarring and further treating my scar that resulted from scar removal. We went over so many options and prices, I felt overwhelmed and needed to think about which would be the best one. So, I asked if they could send me my options or write them down for me. They said they would but never did. They also lost my old before pictures, so I was pretty disappointed. I wouldn't have cared if they actually followed up like they said they would, but they never did even after I spent thousands of dollars here. The one thing I do like about them is that they are down to earth, and they don't push products and treatments on you. I will add that I do think Dr. Kurz is a great Doctor."

Taylor has been awesome and with me being male, Azure was the only business in Prince George I could find that would do this procedure! "So I was just here with a friend for a foot massage and a back massage. They took us in on appointment and we’re so efficient on booking us. When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly lady and then taken in right away without having to wait. The ambience and mood of the place was relaxing from the get go. I was treated by Lina with such respect. She gave me a full massage and it was absolutely amazing she asked if the pressure was ok and made me so relaxed she also started off with a conversation and then later stayed quiet so I can relax. It’s been over a month and TO DATE I have not received an insurance invoice. NEVER GOING BACK. Ontop of that, they added a tip to the service which I never AUTHORIZED. Stay away"

"I don't live here and came for work travel. My neck was sore really bad from long flight ride. I googled and found this place. Honestly, it's the best massage I've got so far! It's worth the review, and 5 stars. Monica was very attentive, I told her my neck and upper shoulder area was the issue. She did deep tissue massage and fixed it. I walked out, relax and able to move and roll my neck!! Highly recommend for deep tissue massage and acupressure traditional massage style. I really wished I live here."

"Hit or miss! They need a receptionist and not the masseuses interrupting massages to get payment from other customers or directing customers where to go. Also please work on making sure there's enough time between customers so as not to make a customer feel like theyre an inconvenience for taking up the time they paid for because there's other customers waiting. My mom and I were able to walk in and get body massages plus scrubs. Interruptions aside my mom had a great experience with Eva and I would've rated this higher had I been treated the same. Please skip mina unless you like super fast, rough and interrupted massages with calls in between. I do admit my previous back pain is gone but it's replaced with new pains I never had. I don't feel relaxed instead I felt very stressed because of how much in a hurry mina was and how rough the massage was and I LOVE DEEP TISSUE MASSAGES. So this wasnt about the pressure but the pace it was just too quick and haphazard, I had to repeat several times as well to slow down or reduce pressure and it was sometimes heeded but often not. She did understand when I had to pull her hands off spots to stop and I was so glad it ended earlier than the 90 mins I'd paid for even with the offer of a head massage I had to turn it down in the first 5 seconds due to this. I do want to credit the mina was able to take away some serious shoulder knots that I don't have any pain with anymore. Eva on the other hand massaged at a relaxing pace is what my mom conveyed and she was able to make sure my mom who also has carpal tunnel left for the first time without pain even though it was a good amount of pressure. My mom came out completely relaxed and destressed after an especially tough day. The prices are great and if you get the right person it's worth it otherwise stay away!"

"The woman "nana" is extremely forward and flirtatious with my bf when we went to get a couple massage. She talked the whole time! The experience was not relaxing at all! Then she kept telling him to come in again tomorrow. She was commenting on his big muscles asking him which gym he goes to and to go where she goes. He was getting the massage and said he felt violated when she pulled down his boxers and "massaged him". She grabbed his biceps and pinched his nose at the end of the massage....... completely inappropriate behavior. I have had massage my whole life at these kind of places and high end spas..... never have o ever had this type of experience. We asked to speak to management, and they said they don't come in."
