"Firstly, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism demonstrated by your staff. Upon entering the premises, I noticed a significant amount of hair on the floor in the washroom, which gave me concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, during the massage session, I felt uncomfortable and uneasy with the behavior of the massage therapist. Their approach made me feel uneasy and was not conducive to a relaxing experience. Furthermore, I was taken aback when the massage therapist demanded payment upfront before the service was provided. This not only seemed unorthodox but also added to my discomfort during the session. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when visiting a massage establishment. Unfortunately, my recent experience fell short of these expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and reluctant to return in the future. I trust that you will take this feedback seriously and address the issues raised to ensure that other customers do not encounter similar experiences in the future.
