"I'm so glad they were open, even on Canada Day, I could get a coupple massage for me and my husband in his birthday. You can call and they will attend you the same day. The massage was so good. We both enjoyed it a lot. They worked in all the body from my head to my to feet and my husband even asked for 30 extra minutes. They really work in all the body. I made sure to tell them to not press very hard after reading others reviews and Jen my therapist offered a relaxing but also deep massage. It was great. The only thing is that you need to get use to the little bit of noise in the mall, but the relaxing instrumental music helped a lot. Thank you again. We had an amazing start of a birthday day."

"I went to the owner, a nurse practitioner, for Morpheus 8. She said she taught the procedure. So she should have known what setting to use. She burned my face. My face felt like it was on fire! She didn’t want me to see my doctor & only would see me after business hours so I wouldn’t scare her clients away! My eyes swelled up with water, indicative of a burn. My doctor prescribed flamazine & told me to rush to a dermatologist in the states. It took 3 months to heal. I couldn’t go out in public. It was the holidays & I was locked in my house. I cried every time I looked in the mirror. I still have some residual scars. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!! GO TO A DOCTOR for your cosmetic needs!"

"Facial wasnt up to par considering the cost. Not very clean and they were unorganized. They made me pay before receiving my full service. That was weird. I also got a massage and the RMT was great and it was a good massage. She is the reasoning I'm giving 3 stars. She was worth 5 but the experiencing and Facial sucked otherwise. Seems like poor management. I questioned if the girl doing the facial was even trained tbh. I attended this same spa years ago and it was awesome but completely different people."

"Worst experience of my life. Was told I would be with the same practitioner I requested, was not. Service was not up to par. Room was dirty, grease on equipment and floor. Valentines decorations up from a holiday 2 months prior. Practitioner left the room 3 times during appt. while I was on the table. Fire alarm went off while in the shower, ruining any type of mood that had been set. Nothing to wash off with. Very uncomfortable. When asked if I could please not finish the service was told it was paid for and she continued. Ask several more times to get dressed and if she could leave and was not listened to. Anxiety set in and asked again if she could please leave so I may get dressed and leave, I was crying and still did not. Upon entering the waiting area was made sure to pay the $200 for the service I did not receive in full. Was called by corporate in BC, told I would be contacted no less than 2 days later. Never received a call and when calling back 3 weeks later, was told I had been called twice by Saskatoon and had not been, double checking the call history and confirming with SaskTel that they had never tried. So lied to outright."

"My boyfriend and I booked to have facials and massages done this past weekend. We arrived 15 minutes early and got a phone call saying that the ladies that were to do our facials were running late. We waited for 5-10 minutes after our appointment time when they finally showed up. When we got inside we were rushed to do paper work and they couldn’t even provide us with 2 pens so we had to share a pen which took longer. Finally, the one lady just said to sign and date without finishing our forms. They rushed through our facials which didn’t make the experience enjoyable. Then the RMT’s showed up for our massages and the one RMT didn’t even concentrate on the areas that my boyfriend suffers from which is his back, neck, and shoulders. He left feeling more stiff than he was before we came for our appointment. Then when we went to direct bill all of the sudden the “system was down” and then she “forgot her password” to log in, so we ended up having to pay up front and submit later. Then the receipt she gave us wasn’t even sufficient enough to take to our insurance, so I had to call back and get proper receipts. The whole experience was unorganized, unprofessional, and unsatisfying. We will not be booking there again."
