"Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. Not only did I purchase the Thermage treatment ($2499) but I also recommended my mother (73 yrs old) to also purchase it! There was absolutely no reluctancy to offer her age of skin this expensive treatment - even though I think they knew it would not produce the desired results. They took our before photos and although there was never a 'guarantee' of results, the treatment was definitely promoted to deliver results. In addition to the after photos they said they would do after 6 months, they also promise a free facial. Neither my mother or I received any follow up calls - no 'after photos' were taken - and neither of us received our free facial after 6 months. Just $5,000 completely wasted. Very disappointing - both the actual treatment - and the lack of communication or aftercare follow through."
