My family and I can’t recommend Alia Wellness Centre enough! Whether you need targeted treatment or just want a relaxing experience, this is the place to go. I’ve sent my parents, sister, and boyfriend here, and we all agree - Alex and the whole team are amazing! We’ve been searching for a great RMT for so long, and this is the first place that’s kept us coming back. The staff are super friendly, accommodating with scheduling, and always attentive to your needs. We highly recommend :)

I've tried a number of different RMTs over the years, Alex has been by far the most excellent, satisfying, effective and competent one for me. Her careful and precise treatment has brought much needed relief to my chronic back and stiff muscles. She recommended me a stretch for my lower back that has been a real difference maker. The rooms and tables at Alia seem to be well cleaned and sanitized, up to my liking and high standards. No odours, no hassles, no over-crowding and no rush. Very happy to be a returning client for the long haul, Alex/Alia - keep up the great work and service!

On my first visit, I had a truly relaxing experience with Selina. The environment was serene and pleasant, with a soothing aroma. Selina's expertise and patience were evident as she identified and addressed the strained muscles. Even though it is one and half hour session, I've noticed improvement in the flexibility of my arms and back, my body feels lighter and not that tired. The pressure was perfectly balanced, and her application of essential oils was highly professional. I highly recommend her for a massage.

I got into an auto accident and have been treated by Alex for rmt services. She is caring and extremely professional. She goes above and beyond when analyzing what is wrong and how to treat the issues as effectively as possible. I have also been receiving acupuncture from Dwain who is very knowledgeable in his field. Needless to say my recovery is in good hands

Great price, great massage. I had the hot stone massage with Huma, and it was amazing. I've gotten the regular relaxation and aromatherapy massages with her the past few years, and she's consistently good. I even brought my mom there once to see Huma (and my mom's very picky). My mom told me I didn't need to see anybody else, just Huma.

Just finished a massage with Ivana. I've never been one for self care and have never had a massage before. This experience was amazing!!!! Best massage ever. I came in with so much tension and left feeling so relaxed. I will definitely be going back!!! I highly recommend Alia Wellness Centre. Ivana was amazing!!!

Where can you get a quality, professional massage for under $100 incl gratuity these days?! Alia wellness of course! The spa is clean, elegant and has heating pads on all tables! It’s been my go to for all 8 years in Canada and never disappoints. Book in advance to avoid disappointment! Book with Helena!
