First impression was the cleanliness of the space, the brightness of the lounge area and further, the pedi area. Andre gave my massage. Awesome. I would go back and request him. I had a pedi (minus the polish) with a hot paraffin wax finish. Pictured in the photo is my feet in plastic bags wrapped in wax. My feet were floating after. Another awesome.
Had an amazing Swedish massage by Lexi. Only thing I wish was different was the fact that I could hear outside noise (talking, dishes?) in my massage room this time. Takes away from the relaxing atmosphere they work to create within the room.
We loved our experience at elm spa. Its location is very suitable if you are living anywhere in downtown. As we got to the location, the staff there were so welcoming and kind - they took our bags for me and placed it in a secure location while we had our massage. The place was very COVID friendly. They provided us with a robe and flip flops during my time at the spa. Before our appointment, they welcomed us to relax in the garden room where we were offered water and enjoyed the calming environment. We got the 80 min aromatherapy massage and it was so worth it. Andre the RMT was amazing and made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and it made us feel relaxed leaving. It is worth every penny.
My children enjoyed their first spa day ever, and they had the finest time. They enjoy the kind welcome. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and they would like to return for more services. Keep it up, Elmspa. You are fantastic! ????
Definitely an oasis in the middle of downtown Toronto. Loved the access to the wet sauna and infrared room. Calming ambiance. Very knowledgeable massage therapist. Definitely will be back. Highly recommend!
Cozy, quiet spot for basic spa services. Price point is decent and reflects minimal amenities (quiet bamboo seating area, steam room, one shower, tea and water). Not ideal for couples/friend groups who want to book services at the same time, as they often only have one aesthetician. The pedicure chair doesn’t accommodate petite people- I was moved to a much less comfortable chair. It’s a good alternative to typical nail salons and/or fancier spas if you’re looking for a quiet escape/minimal services.
First time here and I had the best massage ever. The facial and products used were all very good quality for my skin. I'll definitely visit again.
I was visiting Toronto for two days and happened to find this gem. I had a wonderful massage with Lilia and very relaxing time between the wet sauna and the infra red light dry sauna. I felt so relaxed afterwards. It was wonderful!
