I had great experience with this Spa. I was attended by a nice lady. Very friendly and highly accommodating. Exceptional customer service. Highly recommended. The only problem is there is no shower. But it's Ok.

My partner and I always go for a couples massage, at least every 2-3 weeks. We like getting massage from Mimi and Mia. They really work on the tense muscles. Helps us feel good after.

I was skeptical going in, but wanted to try something new and I was VERY pleased with my decision to book the 1 hour foot and 1 hour full body massage. I would have given this 5 stars, but the building was quite run down and smelled a bit funny, but the masseuse I had was wonderful! You could tell she cared and was very practised with what she does. And you cannot beat the price!! Will go back the next time I’m in TO

First time here. Was the only close location we can handle 5 person party services right away. Luckily we had a translator. For the most part, they understand simple English. I had the lady with a combo package...she was very good ???? I was very tight since I have been driving a lot to different colleges. She was able to get most of the knots out in a short time.

I’ve been going to Footline for a few years now and always get great service at very affordable rates (relative to other massage clinics/spa). I need strong massages because I work at a desk all day, so always have back/neck/shoulder issues. I’ve never been disappointed! They really know how to find the knots!

I love coming here and am a proud regular. Phenomenal reflexology with Cici and another staff member whose name I can’t recall. The massage is great too, although be very clear if you prefer a lighter pressure massage, like I do. It’s not a typical spa experience, but service is excellent, booking is easy, and the price is great.

My first and last experience with this spa... I asked the therapist multiple times to reduce the pressure but she kept the same pressure throughout the back message period. Rest was fine. While leaving, she forced me to tip. On denying, she uttered bad words and cursed me, which is really disrespectful. Furthermore, she even asked me to visit the ATM to bring the cash(despite the snow outside) and then tip her. It was a private ATM with a fee of 3.99CAD, so I thought not to take the cash out. The overall experience was very unpleasant. Ignoring the spa session, the payment part was highly dissatisfactory. I will never visit this spa again and will not recommend it to anyone.
