I recently visited the Guerlain Spa at X Hotel in Toronto, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly polite and friendly, making me feel welcome and at ease. The ambiance was soothing, and the spa itself is beautifully designed. I enjoyed a fantastic ‘ Lymphatic Drainage ’ massage that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The free six-hour parking was also a great perk. I highly recommend this spa for anyone looking to unwind in a luxurious setting!

I recently went to the Guerlain spa at hotel X for a body scrub, wrap and massage and had the most amazing experience. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and professional and made me feel at home from the moment I entered the spa. The lady who did my treatment, Soonita, was fantastic. She took the time to explain to me which products she was using on me and the benefits from the skin care ingredients. She also gave me a fabulous massage to end my treatment. The spa is very clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this spa!

Love the Guerlain Spa a lot. I've made treating myself to a spa day a tradition for my birthday for the past three years. The staff is amazing, and I always feel incredibly relaxed after my visits. The experience here adds an element of being "treated like a celebrity" which is what makes it so special to me. Part of your time there includes glass of prosecco/hot tea and some sweet treats after your RMT massage. The spa also has great views of the lake and is really great to look out onto especially in the summers.

I really enjoyed the Guerlain facial. It is longer and different from other facials I have had. The relaxation area has a beautiful view of the lake. I like how they enforce the relaxation area as a silent relaxing place. You have access to a steam room. A downside is that purchasing spa services access to the pool is not included or at least discounted (unlike the Shangri-la or Four Seasons).

Unbelievable experience at the Guerlain Spa at Hotel X. The front spa boutique staff are so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Guerlain's history and all their products. I enjoyed a wonderful massage and facial in one of their many rooms. Highly recommend for a high-end and fabulous spa experience!

If we are just rating my RMT experience with this spa, I would've easily given 5 stars ???? because my session with Shana was one of the best I've had so far. She addressed my concerns and was so relaxing, therapeutic and very informative throughout the treatment. The staff too were all knowledgeable and so very nice -worthy of a luxury spa experience. I love the relaxing view of the lake in the lounge area. However, the place is a bit small - from the reception, to lounge area and the shower areas compared to other Luxury spas Ive been to all throughout downtown Toronto. The shower area has barely any amenities - maybe some lotion or face cream after your shower would be great. I was a little disappointed that we cannot peruse the swimming pool (only of hotel guests who are staying) but then I realized how small the pool was as well. The view is fantastic though, unobstructed view of the water was one of their selling points.

I had an amazing experience!! The spa itself is luxurious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to unwind. I had a facial booked with Dee, who was absolutely fantastic—she was professional, attentive, and made sure the whole experience was relaxing and tailored to my needs.The staff was incredibly friendly, and they even have the best macaroons I’ve ever tasted! I highly recommend Guerlain Spa and will definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
