"Did my first ever massage here with my wife today. Easy access, only $5 parking, very clean nice looking studio. From the get go we were greeted warmly, offered water, coffee, or tea. We were fortunate to have Matt and Celina. Both were 12/10. Constantly making sure we were comfortable, relaxed and overall enjoying the experience. He also recommended helpful stretches based on my body’s alignment and specific needs, which I really appreciated. The session was effective, and I could feel the difference right away. "At the risk of knowing her availability will be full as a result of yet another sterling review praising her, I must say Celina is one of the BEST massage therapists I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over and always get a massage wherever I land to offset the stiffness and stress of travel. Celina’s skillful mastery of her craft felt like a full body reset back to my 20’s. My pain and stress were noticeably lessened if not completely gone. The bone deep aches were replaced with a rejuvenating vigor and a reconnection to my once very energetic self. "Rochelle is literally amazing, I have been dealing with jaw pain for 10+ years and have had two surgeries due to it. I went to Rochelle once and literally it was a miracle, had so much relief in my face from pain. I recently went back and great experience again! She really focused on my needs and relieved so much tension, she is also extremely knowledgeable, and a plus is she is making my face look snatched as the massage is called. I have had compliments on my cheek bones how my face shape looks different, in a good way! I highly recommend trying this for pain relief if you have jaw issues, or even headaches and dizziness. Will be attempting to see her once a month"

"I recently went to the Guerlain spa at hotel X for a body scrub, wrap and massage and had the most amazing experience. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet and professional and made me feel at home from the moment I entered the spa. The lady who did my treatment, Soonita, was fantastic. She took the time to explain to me which products she was using on me and the benefits from the skin care ingredients. She also gave me a fabulous massage to end my treatment. "Love the Guerlain Spa a lot. I've made treating myself to a spa day a tradition for my birthday for the past three years. The staff is amazing, and I always feel incredibly relaxed after my visits. The experience here adds an element of being "treated like a celebrity" which is what makes it so special to me. Part of your time there includes glass of prosecco/hot tea and some sweet treats after your RMT massage. The spa also has great views of the lake and is really great to look out onto especially in the summers."

"I really enjoyed the Guerlain facial. It is longer and different from other facials I have had. The relaxation area has a beautiful view of the lake. I like how they enforce the relaxation area as a silent relaxing place. You have access to a steam room. A downside is that purchasing spa services access to the pool is not included or at least discounted (unlike the Shangri-la or Four Seasons)."

"If we are just rating my RMT experience with this spa, I would've easily given 5 stars ???? because my session with Shana was one of the best I've had so far. She addressed my concerns and was so relaxing, therapeutic and very informative throughout the treatment. The staff too were all knowledgeable and so very nice -worthy of a luxury spa experience. I love the relaxing view of the lake in the lounge area. However, the place is a bit small - from the reception, to lounge area and the shower areas compared to other Luxury spas Ive been to all throughout downtown Toronto. The shower area has barely any amenities - maybe some lotion or face cream after your shower would be great. I was a little disappointed that we cannot peruse the swimming pool (only of hotel guests who are staying) but then I realized how small the pool was as well. The view is fantastic though, unobstructed view of the water was one of their selling points."
