I’ve been debating myself all day to do or don’t do this review. Because the guy was nice and kind. However it’s the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. I’m usually satisfied with any of the massages I book with any of the guys in Jarvis location. I tried this location this time and I’m very unsatisfied. I felt like there was not even a sequence and it was more like just pressing, shaking and rubbing hands. I would not book again with this guy. His name is Bryan.

It was a great facial, but the lady kept trying to sell me products and add-ons, and I felt awkward, took away from the relaxation and experience and made me think she cared more about making money, which then made me think she was only complementing me to support that. the actual facial was good, but I'd recommend someone in management speak to her about this because it doesn't seem like I'm the first to take a review like this. I come here somewhat regularly for massages and I've always believed this place to be the best. maybe just not that facialist

I got my 1st massage here with Oscar and he was very good, constantly checking that didn’t feel any discomfort, also he was very informative. The entire staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Highly recommended!!!

An impromptu walk in to the spa while taking a stroll down College Street, lead to a wonderful experience with the most amazing and talented Venitia (V). She’s a talented professional with deep knowledge and understanding of skin care issues and make sure that you feel comfortable and easy to have a wonderful session. The spa itself is very well organized and beautifully setup with good customer following. V has a very good understanding about the products and application techniques to make you feel rejuvenated and refreshed. Highly recommended to have a session with V and feel the difference in your skin.
