I have had the pleasure of Parthena’s services for approximately 15 years and have never been disappointed! Parthena has incredible integrity and wonderful skills. I have had waxing, pedicures, facials and micro blading. I would never hesitate to recommend this lovely lady!

I have been coming here for over 10 years and had another lovely, relaxing spa treatment at Harmonia Experience Spa this week which included a facial with microdermabrasion and Osmosis Vitaminin A Infusion leaving my skin luminous, and fully hydrated. All the while Parthena was most accommodating and made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed. In fact, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep. I came out of there hours later feeling 100% energized with a full manicure, pedicure (love the gorgeous, trendy colour you selected. You have such good taste!). And thank you for skilfully shaping my eyebrows as well. Truly what I needed at this time of the year! I made a promise to myself that I will get these treatments more frequently in the coming year - particularly the facials! Thank you again Parthena for your expert advice on daily skincare. It has certainly helped me. You are truly a Pro!

I got my microblading done and I am so in love with my eyebrows! The spa is really clean and the customer service is always great. I also get my facials done by Parthena and she really takes care of my skin. Definitely a must go to Spa!

Buyer beware: Don't purchase gift certificates from Parthena at Harmonia Spa. She won't complete the prepaid services nor provide a refund for services not done. I received a gift certificate for a spa package:1 hr facial, full body massage, manicure & pedicure in March 2021(5 months expiration date). Still in a pandemic, I waited to book my services in the summer. When I called Parthena, she said she was very busy(limited availability & working hours)due to her babysitting responsibilities & planning a family wedding. She told me that if I didn't book my appointment by the August expiry date, my entire gift certificate would become invalid. Since she didn't have enough time, she wouldn't complete all the prepaid services & wouldn't fulfill them at a later date. Parthena’s unwillingness to extend the deadline & her refusal to complete all the prepaid services was surprising.This showed a lack of integrity, greed, & poor business sense. If she didn't have time in August, she should have made time at a later date & fulfilled all the services that were previously paid for. This would have been the right & fair thing to do. Because she had already received payment, there was no effort on her end to be accommodating & to complete all the services. Although she was late, when I attended my appointment, Parthena was pleasant & tried to create a comfortable environment despite her space being small, at the back of a busy & noisy hair salon, which lacked a spa feeling. However, I did enjoy my conversation with Parthena & my 40 minute facial which was supposed to be 1 hour. Parthena didn't do the manicure, pedicure, or the full body massage that was part of the gift certificate. Instead, she quickly massaged my toes & waxed my eyebrows as a consolation prize, hoping that I would be just as equally content had I received the more expensive and longer prepaid services that were part of my gift certificate. Despite all of this, I still tipped Parthena, didn't write a negative review nor mentioned any of this to my friend (trying to prevent any uncomfortable feelings between her & Parthena). Fast forward to March 2024, I received another gift certificate with a longer expiration date (March 2025).Trying to avoid any disappointment & being taken advantage of again, I avoided booking an appointment. Months passed & my friend asked why I hadn’t used my current gift certificate & I finally told her what had previously transpired with Parthena. My friend spoke to Parthena who apparently was “embarrassed” & together they decided that in addition to this year’s current services I would receive a pedicure, manicure & eye brow wax at my next visit. I'm unsure if the additional services were complimentary and self-initiating on Parthena’s end in compensation for my last visit or if my friend paid for them to avoid any conflict or uneasiness with Parthena. Two weeks ago, when I attempted to make an appointment with Parthena, she was very defensive & argumentative when I politely requested that there should be enough time at my appointment to complete all the services unlike last time. Rather than apologizing & reassuring me that she would have enough time to cover all services, Parthena concluded the conversation by stating that she would not do any services on me and with no refund. Refusing prepaid services without a refund and yelling at a customer is unacceptable. Parthena needs to keep her emotions in check, show accountability for her actions, be reasonable & accommodating, and come up with fair solutions for her clients in unfavorable circumstances. Two weeks have passed since Parthena refused the services on my current gift certificate. She hasn’t reached out and hasn’t provided a refund or any reimbursement for services not done. If Parthena decides to decline previously paid services, she needs to compensate her clients. This is the right thing to do. I'm hoping that there will be a resolution to our situation in a fair, ethical, and timely manner without having to take it to the next level.
