I need something to help me with relaxing and de-stressing. I searched and found Infinity. Their price was reasonable. I met Dr. Aline and I tried Cupping and Acupuncture for the first time. It was relaxing for the acupuncture, the atmosphere was good. Cupping I don't know if I am a fan yet. but definitely recommend this place. They do direct billing as well. so the cost was covered by my insurance

I went for a couples massage at Infinity Massage & Wellness with a sore neck and shoulders that had been restricting my mobility. But after an hour-long massage with Dora Zhao, I felt 20 years younger! My sore legs from running also feel much better. I’m so happy with the service. I’ve been to many massage places before, but I never went back. Now, I’ve finally found my go-to massage spot! Both my partner and I were extremely satisfied. Coming back soon!!! Another amazing visit with Dora Zhao! My neck had been killing me for the past few days, so I asked Dora to apply firm pressure yesterday—and oh boy, that was amazing. She is very thorough. Dora made me realize how effective a massage therapist can be. She is extremely thorough, has strong hands, and uses incredible technique! I have already booked four more massages with her!

Lost Shoes, Lost Trust I came in for a massage and left with someone else’s cheap plastic sandals — because my actual shoes disappeared during the appointment. The staff did express concern and said they wanted to help, but ultimately took no responsibility. I was told it wasn’t their fault, and that was that. No real resolution, no compensation, and definitely no sense of urgency. Instead of leaving relaxed, I walked out in dollar-store flip-flops like it was a clearance sale gone wrong. Losing your shoes inside a business shouldn’t be treated like a random event they have no control over. I expected better management, better customer care, and honestly, better footwear.
