I am a first time client to this salon. I was welcomed by Kim and felt very comfortable. I fount the atmosphere very welcoming. I was booked for a pedicure and hair cut. Kim started with the pedicure. I have never had such a wonderful leg massage. I could feel the tension leaving my legs and relaxation taking over. After the fantastic pedi we moved to another room for my haircut. Kim nailed it. She totally understood the assignment and gave me a lovely feminine pixie. I can’t wait to return for another delightful experience. Thank you Kim!

If I could give it -100, I would! I did my eyebrows there and waxing. Kim distroyed my eyebrows shape! One thick and the other one very thin while I asked her to keep both VERY THICK! She said simply: Oh, sorry! And charged me that!!! I have been growing my eyebrows for 4 months for nothing! I will never go there again.

I don't live in Edmonton and I will be making a point to come back everytime I come to Edmonton. The service was AMAZING. I got a 50 minute massage and a facial and I walked out feeling better than I have in years honestly. You can't get this kind of quality at a chain spa. You're the only client because there is only one spa esthetician, so it's super nice to have the privacy to fully relax. The environment was beautiful, relaxing and clean. If you love CRYSTALS, TAROT CARDS, SMUDING or more this is a must visit stop. I can't say enough positive feedback about my experience. Very special hidden gem in Edmonton, definitely worth a visit. Picked up a new set of tarot cards and a multi gem and lava bead bracelet. They are so beautiful and going to be used often with love.

This is my second time getting my hair cut with kim and they’ve both been the best haircuts i’ve ever had. I leave feeling beautiful and truly in love with my hair. i’m able to be open and honest with what i would like to achieve with my hair and she never fails to go above and beyond. I had fairly damaged hair before and i feel we’ve gotten it to a point i feel confident with how it looks. Nothing but good vibes and energy.
