I’ve used massage service here only and I was very happy with that. It’s not that easy to find a professional and a good customer service but they’ve hot both! I wish price was more reasonable as that would only encourage me to come back and not to look for alternative. Also parking can be tricky depends on when you are coming so come earlier.

Very satisfied! The staff are friendly and welcoming. My RMT, Cameron, was excellent, professional, attentive, and made the experience great! ???????? I think the massage rooms could be better and more modern to enhance the overall ambiance and relaxation. ☺️

Today was my first visit to Joie Day Spa for a chemical peel with Gloria, and it was a great experience from start to finish. I arrived a little early, and the receptionist kindly directed me to a quiet room where I could relax with a soothing foot massager. When it was time for my appointment, I was taken to the treatment room where Gloria warmly welcomed me. She took the time to listen to my skin concerns, offered insightful advice, and delivered excellent customer service throughout the session. Highly recommend! :)

I had a great experience with their medical massage therapy. The receptionist was very welcoming. I went a little earlier than my appointment, and they let me wait in a room that is called ‘quiet room’. The room had a very soothing music with foot massage machines available. I was already pampered by the service there. After that, I met Christine Baxter and had an incredible massage session with her. She has magical hands, is very kind and highly skilled in her job. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place. I wish all the best to this amazing team.

I had such a wonderful experience at Joie Spa! From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and cared for. The quiet room was the perfect place to unwind before my treatment—especially with the warm foot rub machine, which was such a nice touch! I had a mini facial with Sophia and couldn’t have been more pleased. She was incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of skin conditions, and I felt totally comfortable and confident in her hands. Highly recommend Joie Spa—and especially Sophia—if you're looking for a relaxing, professional, and thoughtful spa experience!

Lovely space downtown Hamilton. Service was kind, calming and friendly. I had a relaxation massage… and it was. Selena gave me a thoroughly relaxing experience. Warm towels were so soothing. One thing I would recommend (as feedback to the owners), during the massages… is have tranquil soft music playing. It was also very clean and beautiful decor.

I’ve enjoyed several facials at joie before and they’ve all been amazing, leaving my skin super smooth and bright. This last time though I paired it with the laser treatment and the result has been incredible. Over two months later and my skin still feels super tight and radiant. Red spots and fine lines have been reduced and I find myself wearing less makeup. This is a winning combination!

I went to Joie Day Spa last week for the first time and received a Hydrabrassion facial by Celina. She was very professional in her work and made me feel comfortable. This was my first facial and I am beyond impressed as the facial exceeded my expectations. My skin was left glowing, soft and hydrated and I’m happy with my results. I will definitely be returning to Celina at Joie Day Spa to receive other services offered.
