If you’re going to read any reviews about getting your eyebrows done, let it be this one. I’ve been going to Reshma since 2017, and I’ve been impressed with her work every time. She threads my eyebrows very well, and she gives me suggestions on ways my brows can be shaped to make them look nicer (she asks before removing any hairs). Such a relaxing environment and she always ensures you are feeling comfortable— I have never felt so relaxed while getting my brows done! This review has been long overdue, but all the staff are super friendly and welcoming and I think it’s definitely worth trying out! :)

I took my friend for the Valentine's special for her 40th! The Hammam is lovely, the scrubs and massages felt so good and I'm still glowing form the facial. This is the second time I've done the Hammam and the service has been consistently excellent. I would highly recommend the staff and services to anyone.

I have seen for Sarita several times for eyebrow threading and facial. She is always thorough and provides a very relaxing experience. I always leave there very happy and look forward to coming back.

Had a hammam today and a massage. My husband and I loved it. He has sensitive skin and I forgot to mention that- his hammam exfoliation felt intense but his skin has never been smoother and softer. The massage was incredibly relaxing.

We went to Kaya Kama for the first time for a couples massage, facial and pedicure. The lady at the front reception was very friendly and went over and beyond to make sure we signed in correctly. We were then taken to the massage room where we met our massage therapist. We were expecting to be given instructions to change into robes/provided robes or how but she expected us to lay down as we were. I then asked for a robe amidst the awkwardness for which she brought me one, but not one for my husband for whom we asked again one for. We changed and waited quite a while more than normal, we took this time to relax and get absorb the atmosphere. The massage therapist then returned with the aesthetician who would be performing our facials. The massage itself was very relaxing minus the fact that the aesthetician was explaining the facial procedure to my husband next to me the whole time so I couldn’t relax fully and vice versa when it was my husbands turn for massage and mine for facial. After both our facials and massages were completed we proceeded to the pedicure stations where we were welcomed with very yummy fried noodles to enjoy during our pedicure. It would have been nice the have the massage seat functions explained to us prior to the pedicures so that we could enjoy that experience as well. Pedicures were average and the nail technicians were very friendly. We also noticed they had a waiting room when we were leaving which would have been nice to be introduced to during the check in. Overall enjoyed our first experience at the spa. Instructions upon entering the massage room could have made it to 5 stars ????

Love this spa, been coming here for years! It's got a nice relaxing vibe. All the workers are great for facials, hammam, body wraps, Mani, Pedi everything! Aileen is the best massage therapist ever!!
