I had my first Indian head massage experience with Bernadette. It was beyond relaxing! A really deep scalp massage, along with the neck chest and shoulders. I genuinely had one of the best sleeps I’ve have in awhile! Not to mention the space is very relaxing - they offer tea and some light snacks while you wait. This is something I haven’t seen in awhile and I really appreciated it ????????

I booked the Signature Facial for my birthday and had an amazing experience! As soon as I walked into the spa, the hectic energy of Queen Street faded away and I was offered slippers and a ginger tea. My facial with Bernadette was wonderful - she did some extraction, but not too much (I was going out for dinner later, so that was perfect for me), and included a head, neck, arm, and foot massage - heavenly!! My skin looks glowy today. Would definitely book again!

Had a massage with Alba! It was incredible! She is strong with a great relaxing flow. This is my 2nd massage with her and I finally slept so well and deep after the 1st one. Both were very memorable and I highly recommend her services. She does not disappoint!

Absolutely loved my experience at Laya. I was dealing with some pretty brutal seasonal allergies, and they were able to book me very fast! I got a 60 minute massage and then used the steam room. When I left I felt immensely better! Ronalyn Dziklinski, my masseuse, was fantastic and so sweet.

I’ve been going to this lovely spa for facials for a couple of years now and have always enjoyed my experience. I recently started seeing Bernadette for facials. Her facials are so thorough and her massages are so deeply relaxing - it’s hard not to fall asleep. During a recent facial I felt like I was floating on water - as if her hands were like soothing waves. Thanks Laya Spa and Bernadette!
