The experience here was lovely right from the moment I walked through the door! I was greeted softly and kindly, and offered a hot towel tea or water while I waited. The waiting area is comfortable, smelled good and there was nice music drifting through the building. My massage therapist was also great! She was cheerful and smiley and made sure to check with me to discuss spots to concentrate on. I got a full body therapeutic massage and I have never had a massage so thorough! Hot towels, massage oils and aromatherapy with massage techniques as well as stretching techniques. She made sure to always check to make sure the pressure wasn't too much or too little and make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Massage Square is such a wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the door. Everyone is so friendly, and the atmosphere inside and outside of the therapy room is so calm and relaxing. I saw Joel for cupping and massage and it might have been one of the best treatments I have ever received. He was extremely professional, and detailed about the therapy, while caring for sports related tension. I left feeling relaxed, with less tension and pain in my major areas of concern.

Edited to add second visit feedback: Came here again with my wife and this time we booked a session for a couple massage. Similar to the last time, the experience is very possitive throughout our visit. In addition to the massage session, it seems like there is an ongoing promotion during this month for an afternoon tea package. Not sure when it ends tho. We got to enjoy the teas and mini set of the bakery. This is a new experience for both of us as we get to spend some more time after the relaxing massage session enjoying some stacks. Overall, all the staffs, services offered, and the environment goes beyond just a massage experience. Will certainly comeback. First visit review: This place is hands down the best luxury massage place in Edmonton. The place is very clean and beautiful. The service is very warm and comfortable. As I went in, they offered a hot towel and hot tea. All the small details give you senses of specialness since before the massage session. If you like massage, this place is somewhere you may not want to miss.

Massage therapist lady Musaa did an amazing job with the full-body signature massage, combining massage, hot stoning, and cupping perfectly.
