Mary Jane gave me the best massage I've ever had. She's the only massage therapist that has addressed my frozen shoulder. I came away from that massage feeling like I had all my issues attended to.

I’ve been to this location a number of times over the past 5-6 years. The front line team are all very friendly and professional. That is were the positive attributes stop. The back end of the premises like the rooms require an update as they are very outdated and dingy. The prices have certainly gone up but the experience has remained the same as the RMT’s are good but not great. The RMT’s appear to turn over frequently. Of all the massages I’ve had over my long life only one has done cupping on me at this location. I was not asked or advised of cupping and I only realized it had taken place after my shoulders were very sore and when my daughter looked at my shoulders she advised they were bruised which she determined was from cupping. The only reason I’ve gone back was because of the close proximity to my home and work.

Service was amazing! Had an appointment with Brittany and loved it; immediately noticed the tension relief in my back. The front desk staff was also super friendly and accommodating!! Love this location.

Always confirmed wrong information Booked appointment I was come there before schedule after the filling form inflammation she told me sorry unfortunately we can’t give you service this time because yours recently canceled appointment payment was due . Pay that first then you can able for yours today appointment. Last time on call I told her 1 hour before the appointment am stuck in traffic so if possible you can change timing otherwise you can cancel it & that time she told me it’s ok I will manage with another customer and not told me for any another charges regarding this . It’s really scam Why you not confirm the customer on call everything regarding his appointment?? Why you waste alot of time ? I was changed my all scuaduled for today’s appointment. who will pay for our time?? Bad management staff ???????? Am First time giving the one star for any business ????????

Greg is excellent . Very professional and understands exactly the problem areas and always provides a solution to the problem(s). I’ve been to many massage therapists throughout the years but he’s been, by far, the best. He is focused and diligent on helping his clients feel pain free!

My RMT, Martina, is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Each visit she asks questions and walks through the plan for the visit. The reception employees are also very friendly and professional and i really appreciate how you ALWAYS run on time for appointments. I've never had an appointment start late.
