I made an appt, confirmed my appt via text and email. Received many reminders about my appt indicating if I cancel with less then 24 hours notice I will have to pay anyways. Yet Masage Addict called and cancelled 3 hours before my appt. This doesn’t seem fair and it’s not the first time! I make arrangements in my day as well to accommodate the appt. Certainly won’t be rebooking

I've been taking therapeutic treatment at Massage Addict Hamilton West Mountain for a few years now and I'm very satisfied with the services provided. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and always on time. I've always received the best suited treatment for my health needs. The staff at the front desk is very kind and always willing to provide the best service with the paperwork. The customer service is simply outstanding. I always feel that I am treated with kindness and respect and for that I'm very grateful.

This is an amazing Massage Addict- The location on Upper Paradise. The RMT are great and the front staff at the desk are good too. My favourite RMT is Shelly and Carol. Allie at the front desk is ALWAYS polite, professional and helpful booking my appointments. Best place I’d ever gone too.

I have gone to Massage Addict on the west mountain a handful of times in 2024 and every time I was completely satisfied with the services provided. Alex at reception was always courteous and welcoming, and Lukasz (my RMT) was very responsive to my needs. I found the massages I received to be very relaxing but with the right amount of pressure I was looking for. Booking last minute appointments can be a little difficult (best to book in advance with a decent amount of notice, I would usually book my next appointment when I was leaving my last appointment) but I also haven't had any appointments cancelled on my yet. I have even sent other family members to this location for their massage therapy needs. Overall a good place. Their prices have gone up recently (not sure if that is a market thing or not) but my insurance still covers this rate increase so I can't say it has really affected me all that much at this point. Keep up the great work!

Massage addict at Upper paradise and rymal is the spot to be!! Allie and Renata at the front desk are very professional always willing to go above and beyond with anything I need . There always smiling and very friendly and it just makes me feel at home when I'm there every 2 weeks . To all the massage therapists I've had, Karen Steven , Lucas , Jamel and Paul thank you for your knowledge you share with me and continuing to help me. Sincerely Richard

I have been going there for over a year now! Staff are awesome, and they take care of the insurance coverages and payments on my behalf. Therapy fees are reasonable and almost fully covered if you have good insurance coverage! For massage therapy! Carol is very professional and kind. She really knows what she is doing and has helped me manage my cronic muscle pain! I am also seeing Dr. PJ Singh for chiropractic therapy! Most of the pain I have been going through all my life is relieved after a year of visits and exercising! In addition to her experiences and professionalism, she has a welcoming attitude that breaks the ice and makes me comfortable during the visits.

My first time visiting this place and the therapist was great. She focused on areas that need help and overall experience was great. The room was quiet with light music and aroma of natural oil diffuser.
