This was my first time at Massage Addict! The receptionist was kind, the atmosphere was very friendly and calm. Kavita Matthews was my massage therapist and she did a great great job! She made me feel very comfortable. She did an amazing job with the massage, asked me where I was hurting and applied the right pressure. Will definitely revisit and highly recommend her for any first timers like myself!

Had my appointment with Brianne Bernard and she was brilliant. The receptionist was also very kind and accommodating. The massage was so good and relaxing I didn’t want it to stop. I would surely recommend this place.

A Welcoming and Friendly Experience I’ve been visiting this place regularly, and I keep coming back for a reason! The reception is warm and inviting, and the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The overall quality of the massages is good, though the experience can vary depending on the therapist. Some have excellent techniques, while others may not meet expectations, which can be a bit disappointing at times. Nonetheless, it’s a great place with a relaxing atmosphere, and I appreciate the service they provide.

I had booked a massage appointment yesterday with Brianne and left feeling incredible! She was very attentive from the beginning (and extremely friendly!) and made sure to tailor the appointment to my areas of concern. She had applied a few unique massage techniques, particularly involving arm and chest stretches that were very relieving. I feel significantly lighter and more relaxed. I recommend booking with Brianne!

The name says it all, I'm addicted to Massage Addict. I have been to many of their locations, but the Bathurst & Bloor one is the one I keep coming back to. The front desk staff are always friendly, attentive and never gave me a reason not to come back. All the massage therapists I have seen provided treatments that have helped me out tremendously and they are attentive to what the issue is at the time of when I come in and genuinely care about doing their best to resolve the issue as best they can. I never had an issue with insurance getting covered and even if something did came up, the costs are well worth getting tended to properly and professionally. I have seen some negative reviews that gave a bad rating because of staff or insurance concerns and I truly believe that whoever left them must be dealing with more than just massage issues because everyone I see leaving after getting treatment are calm, relaxed and smiling. Clearly these people need more than just a massage in their life to feel better. This place has helped my physical and mental well being from where it was previously and as long as it's around I will keep coming back.

Kavita is fantastic! She checks in just enough to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed, a d curates a super relaxing environment. Her deep tissue massages are and really attentive, and just the right amount of pressure. I see her every month and I always leave feeling super relaxed. Oh - and her head/shoulder massages are *chef's kiss*.

Whether you have questions about insurance or membership, want to inquire about different services offered at Massage Addicts, or simply just forget a hair tie for your appointment, they are always there for you with a smile on their faces! If you’re looking for a massage therapist, I highly recommend Vincent! His deep tissue massages are changing my life. He is professional, friendly, and really incredible at what he does. So thankful to have found Vincent and Massage Addict (The Annex)!

I originally found this place through the Registered Massage Therapist's Association of Ontario (RMTAO), and I love that all their therapists are Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs)—making it easy to claim receipts with insurance. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and we’ve been seeing Kavita Matthews, who is an exceptional therapist. She is professional, knowledgeable, and always ensures a relaxing and effective treatment. If you're looking for a reliable and high-quality massage experience, I highly recommend this place!
