They have some great masseuses there. I signed up for a subscription twice now to make sure I go. After a car accident 4 years ago I need to get regular massages or I am not a happy camper. The monthly subscription gives you a really nice discount and ensures you go and take care of yourself!! :)

I have been a client at Massage Heights Shepard for almost four years. I find the facility clean, calm and welcoming. I love the ability to book online or via the text line. I have had several massage therapists and have had positive experiences. A favourites are: Mary, Leilo, Katie and Zaldy. All four are profession, provide medium pressure and dynamic cupping. I would recommend these four therapists without hesitation.

My entire family has been seeing Lelia for years, no one compares! I have relatives that make a point of seeing her when they come from out of province. The environment is also very relaxing and comfortable table / face spot.

Lelia is the very best! She’s always so kind and does such a great deep, relaxing massage! I have seen her now for about a year and she is 100% consistent with every massage! Highly recommend them!

Had a great 90 minute massage from Jennifer. She's very knowledgable and polite and asks if I the pressure is good enough. As sometimes in the past I would have to mention a few times to go harder.

I had the most pleasant experience on the phone trying to book my appointments. This is the first time in all the years I have been going to Massage Heights that someone actually took time to work out calendar details with me. Her name was Mackenzie. I could tell that she was doing her best effort to be accommodating with my request for booking multiple couples sessions. I told her my preferences and she did her best to make everything possible, going through calendars with a fine tooth comb. She spent attentive time with me. Massage Heights is lucky to have her. She will be a good face to this business for clients. Thank you Mackenzie!

Massage Heights 130 avenue is where me and my family have been going for 3-4 years. However this year I have had the worst experience based on how my contract was not ended on time but I was still charged even when I provided timely notice to stop being charged since the contract timeline was over. For the last months I have called several time for a refund and stop being charged where I have only received apologies with nothing being done. Thoroughly frustrated on the situation and would never recommend to any of my close friend and family.
