Very clean and welcoming place that makes you feel at ease even before your massage begins. Had my deep tissue massage with Roger Perez, and he was absolutely fantastic with his charisma, professionalism, and work ethic. Has very good hands to really strike the knots in your muscles/surrounding joints and alleviate pain right away! 100% recommend.

We had a couples massage scheduled and confirmed it the day before because their online scheduling is not great. They only scheduled ONE massage therapist for the couples massage so I called to confirm. The night before our appointment we were stuck in the terrible Whitemud closure due to the insane snowfall, so the day off I had to cancel because our car is STILL on the Whitemud (we aren't). The woman did not even listen and could not wait to let me finish speaking to tell me about the cancellation fee because of a 24 hour rule. Which in normal circumstances I totally understand. So we got charged the cancellation fee, which is the most money they will ever see out of us. She couldn't even listen to me telling her we don't have our car due to the snowstorm. What was supposed to be a nice end to spring break was super disappointing, non empathetic and hardly showcasing the type of people I want working on my body.
