It may not look like much on the outside but like the saying goes never judge a book by it's cover. When you walk inside it's a very relaxed, calming and inviting place. The staff are all very nice and friendly and accommodating. I've been to many different massage therapists thru out the city and since finding Stephanie Reist at Palms, probably over a year ago now, I haven't bothered to go to any other places. She is by far my favorite massage therapist I've had in the last 10+ years. She's not only friendly and easy to talk to and so understanding she knows how to make your body feel like jelly. I've actually fallen asleep from one of her massages it was so relaxing. She knows what areas to focus on and always uses the right amount of pressure. My boyfriend and I have joked many times that if we were rich we would just hire Stephanie as our full time massage therapist haha we can dream right :) I definitely would recommend checking this place out. You won't be disappointed when you leave!

Amazing experience! I have been seeing Christine consistently for years, and she provides the best massage I've ever received. Every little detail, from heated table, music, and conversation (or none) makes all the difference. She always provides the perfect pressure, so you can tell she thoroughly understands all the muscles and how they work/feel. Highly recommend!

I visited last week for a deep tissue massage provided by Christine Page. Christine is a consummate professional. She takes her profession seriously and truly cares about her clients. Christine keeps detailed notes and is focused on the client's needs. She listens intently, asks questions, and checks in periodically to ensure things are progressing as per the client's wishes. I feel like I have another partner on my health team with Christine. I always feel great after a session and look forward to returning. Palms Therapeutic massage is easy to deal with in terms of booking and processing payments through insurance.

I have been needing massage therapy for 30+ years now due to some medical conditions I have, and Palms Therapeutic Massage Clinic is quite literally the best I have visited. A friend recommended this place to me about 5 years ago and now it's my turn to recommend this Clinic to all of my friends and relatives. The whole staff is friendly and professional. Of course my personal experience is with Brittany. She is professional, caring and informed. I hope she never retires. She is the best. I come out of there feeling like I can move again. I know for certain that all the massage therapists who work there are very good and knowledgeable as I have dealt with a few and I have friends who also go there and would not switch their massage therapists with any one else either. They are on the 2nd floor but it's so worth the stairs.

Wow as usual Palms Therapeutic Massage does NOT disappoint! Christine was FANTASTIC!! My usual therapist is Chelsea, whom I have known for 20 years… however; now I can happily see either, as this was the BEST MASSAGE I have had since my return to Edmonton after 8 years away!! Thank you ???? !!

Environment is very relaxing and calm. Customer service was great! Chelsea is a wonderful therapist. She made sure everything was to my comfort level. I have been trying to find a new place and this is it! Don’t hesitate book a massage with the very professional and knowledgeable staff.
