My manicure chipped that night and peeled off the next day. Very poor quality. Pedicure was ok and I would have enjoyed it except the nail technician kept pausing to look at her watch to read her messages. She even excused herself when doing my manicure to answer a personal phone call. I would not recommend this spa

My mother and I visited Rain Salon & Spa, we have the most amazing experience. This is the most peaceful place with calming music. Our pedicures turned out beautiful, our feet have never looked so good. The lady’s completing out pedicures were lovely and laughed with us. We had a great time. The Owner Ali was so welcoming. Definitely coming back. Thanks for the beautiful feet!

My fiancé and I recently visited Rain Salon & Spa in West Edmonton Mall for the Harmony Package, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. This was my first pedicure experience, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The service was meticulous, and I walked out feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We both appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine effort to create a calming, enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a high-quality salon and spa experience, I highly recommend Rain Salon. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a regular, their skilled team will ensure you leave feeling pampered and renewed! Would definitely return for another visit!

It was my first time in years getting my hair done professionally, but my stylist, David, made me feel comfortable right away — especially during the short consultation I had the day before my appointment! He was very friendly throughout the process and we got along super well! Not only that, but he was transparent and accurate regarding the amount of time the appointment would take, as well as the pricing. I requested a deep, dark purple solid colour, including a lightening process for old box dye that has accumulated on my hair. Since I have naturally dark hair, I was concerned about the colour payoff, but such concerns I had were addressed right away by David in a professional and reassuring manner. Although at the end, the shade of purple turned out more like a warm violet (due to the lightening process), I was still overjoyed with the results, especially with the overall price and the fact that other salons I have contacted said the projected colour wasn't possible at all! My hair feels healthy and handled with care :] Not just David, but the rest of the staff at Rain was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly! Overall, it was an amazing experience for my first time at Rain Salon; I’m super happy with my results and I will definitely be back in the future :]

Today my spouse and I had so time to burn between an appointment and a comedy night. We went to West Ed and I wanted to get a couples pedi. we came across Rain Salon and Spa and they got us in right away. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very informative, and really nice and helpful. Racheal and Fatzma were our pedi techs. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly. we laughed and joked and we most definitely will be back. My Mother and I had appointments today at Rain. We had full massages, facials, and manicures. I myself had a fantastic cut and style. The staff at Rain were incredibly accommodating and made the time to keep us comfortable while enjoying our amazing spa experience. Thank you Angela, Pat, “Kookie” and Nicholas, your expertise and commitment to your craft made our experience at your spa a truly beautiful experience. Thank you to Ali for checking in with us during our visit to make sure all their services had surpassed our expectations. Thank you so much. I would give more stars if I could.

My overall experience there was great! The staff there are all super welcoming and friendly. I went in there not really sure of what I wanted and letting my stylist do his thing and he killed it. The face frame,the layers, the blowout was unreal. 10/10 recommend Nicholas. He was super friendly, lots of personality and he comes with humour. Will be going back for sure ????

My husband purchased a package for me to pamper myself for a day. I set up the appointment for yesterday (Saturday) and came in for my relaxation massage, pedicure, light lunch from Jugo juice, manicure, haircut and style. I had an additional coupon for $25 off services so I wanted to use that for basic highlights. To start I had the massage- was so relaxing and wonderful, I felt all my muscles release!! Thanks for the massage Sharesh! Next Sharesh did my pedicure, manicure and provided my light lunch from Jugo Juice- great wrap and smoothie. I was then rushed out to my color with Jessica. She listened to my needs.. then I met the owner Ali. Very exorbitant and likes the sound of his own voice. The owner took over the conversation and kept distracting the stylist. The stylist was rushed then due to not enough washing stations. She cut and styled my hair to my liking with Ali throwing free samples at me. At the time of payment I had my gift certificate and voucher out for payment with everyone standing around me.. and then I was shown the total left to pay- was almost the cost of my gift certificate! I felt bad leaving a small tip as I had a budget to follow. The lady before me had to pay her bill on credit card and then Ali was giving her free stuff to bribe her to come back. If not for the owner being rude to his staff by interfering in the services and bribing the customers for good reviews I would’ve given them a five star rating. I will not return.
