I have been a customer at this spa for almost a year now, and I cannot recommend it enough! It’s such a beautiful and relaxing place—truly the perfect escape after long working days. I especially want to highlight Shasciel, an absolutely amazing therapist. She is incredibly talented, highly skilled, and truly one of the best . I had severe pain in my neck and shoulders, and after regular sessions with her, I feel so much better. I can’t even express how grateful I am for her skill and care! I also highly recommend adding aroma oils to your massage—they smell incredible and enhance the whole experience. Every time I visit, I leave feeling completely recharged, with a clear mind and a relaxed body. I’m so grateful to the entire team for their wonderful service. You guys are absolutely amazing! If you’re reading this, just know that your work is deeply appreciated. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend this spa to everyone!

My second time visiting Sabai Thai and I had a wonderful experience. The front staff were friendly and polite, the waiting room was bright, clean and comfortable. The water in the waiting room was positively delicious, I think it was flavoured with orange and mint. I had the 90 min Serenity Spa package with Kamitma and it was fantastic. She started off with a deep tissue massage, followed by a facial. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during the entire process, Kamitma was very accommodating, and adjusted the blankets and temperature as I needed. It was my first facial, and I would absolutely do it again, 10/10

I had such a relaxing experience at Sabai Thai Spa! The ambiance was peaceful, the staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, and my reflexology and foot exfoliation treatment left me feeling totally refreshed. The therapist was attentive and skilled, and the spa was clean and beautifully designed. I also appreciated the small touches like warm tea and calming music. Highly recommend for anyone needing a moment of calm and self-care!

My First time at Sabai Thai Spa in New Westminster and I had a HUGE good experience . Absolutely loved every single minute as I stepped in to the Spa. Super welcoming, very great location ( next to the sky train) , pleasant atmosphere, fresh air , friendly front desc staff, kind and respectful. The place has a nice , larger waiting area with large windows that gives you a nice view. Soft Thai music playing in the background in the waiting area as well in the rooms. I used they special offer which was for me the best massage I ever got, very detailed oriented RMT , they asked me if I have any specific area where I would prefer to work more specific, they really followed my instructions and worked on those areas. After my treatment was finished they told me to take as much time I need , gave me a hot towel too to get ready and dress up. My friend and I had a lovely time at Sabai Thai New West. The atmosphere is very calming, clean and beautiful inside. We had the Pure Serenity massage & facial combo. Netting was my massage therapist and facial therapist and she did such a wonderful job! The medium tissue massage was perfect and the facial left my face and neck very hydrated. My sensitive, dry skin was very happy and not irritated at all. It was also very affordable. I highly recommend Sabai Thai for a Treat Yourself Day!
