Went to get botox for TMJ and a little pick me up refresher. The staff is amazing, Colleen the injector is an "artist ". Such a gentle and kind person who gives you a step-by-step play as to what she is doing. She has magic in her hands, no pain and precision. She draws to ensure to get all the problem areas before she injects. The clinic is beautiful and clean. First time here and was so comfortable with the staff. I felt like I was family. I recently had a consultation at Skin Vitality Medical Clinic for a CoolSculpting procedure, and my experience took an unfortunate turn. Due to an unexpected medical issue, I could not proceed with the treatment. I reached out to the clinic to request a refund of my deposit, as I am unable to work and any financial assistance would be greatly appreciated during this challenging time. Initially, I was directed to email their patient care team, which I did not once, but twice, without receiving any response. After not hearing back, I decided to text the clinic, and was informed that they would follow up with patient care on my behalf. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for any communication regarding my request. While I understand that my deposit may not be significant to the clinic, it is to me. I feel that my concerns have been overlooked, and it seems that the clinic prioritizes financial gains over patient care. I initially rated my experience as five stars because of the positive atmosphere and professionalism I encountered upon arrival. However, this experience has led me to feel that once they have your money, they are less concerned about your needs. I hope that Skin Vitality Medical Clinic can improve their communication and customer service, especially in sensitive situations like mine. It’s disheartening to feel dismissed, and I sincerely hope for a resolution to my refund request soon.

My first visit to the Main St W clinic was great. The staff was helpful and kind and happy to walk me through my different options and the clinic itself is very relaxing. I booked a consultation, but was pleasantly surprised that treatment could be done the same day. Nurse Ruby is lovely and very gentle with the needle. Thank you for a great first experience.

They are great! Super welcoming, efficient, and comforting. They explain everything really well and are very thorough. I also love that they don’t try to upsell you and listen to exactly what it is you want. The clinic and the staff at the clinic are all amazing. The only less positive thing I would remark on is their call centre. When you buzz to get into the clinic it sends your call to their call centre and it is impossible to hear on the outside speaker, they start asking for your personal details while you’re standing on Main Street, and the call kept dropping so I was never buzzed in I was eventually let in by a security guard. That is their call centre though not the clinic or clinic staff themselves!

I had a wonderful experience with Noreen, Nurse, Consultant Christina, and Manager Kany. The atmosphere was very professional and clean, and the ladies made me feel completely comfortable. The promotions were amazing and the open communication regarding the cost and procedure was excellent. I would definitely recommend the Hamilton location to my family and friends!

Fabulous staff ⭐️ From reception to management they always remember me and make me feel so welcome. I've been to 3 other SV locations over the years (TO, Burlington & Stoney Creek) and this one is by far my favorite. 5 stars!

The clinic (downtown Hamilton location) is beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough! My most recent visit was conducted by Kany, Noreen (injection Nurse), and Christina and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care and dedication they have shown!
