I was SUPER nervous going in, especially with finding the locker rooms, but once i settled in it felt really nice to be in a place surrounded by other men. Handsome men of all sizes and colour especially. The staff have been super helpful and patient with me which i heavily appreciate. When i was confused, i was able to ask and they respond with a wonderful tone. You made a first experience into something fun and calming. Even if i just went in for a soak and eying some cuties, it was so much better than i expected.

It was really super uncomfortable. I arrived and requested a room. However, the person in charge of the reception (a very tattooed man), told me that they were not available. I kindly asked him the favor to tell me when there was one free to make the change and take care of the expensive ones that will be generated. He told me that in a couple of hours. That he was attentive to the call and that there were two people waiting. Time passed and they called the two people in front of me and skipped my number twice more. When I went to ask after three hours if I could make the change in a very rude way, he replied that he had already assigned the rooms and that he forgot to call my number. I asked him the favor to let me know if he vacates any and I sat in the room that is on the same level. Then new customers arrived and placed them in rooms that were not supposed to be available. My question is why? Is it an act of discrimination for being Latino? Because he was always very rude to me and very kind to people who are whiter than me. Even with those who were with obvious abuse of alcohol and other substances.

Friendly, clean facility. Well designed with a good mix of guys. A really fun place to spend a few hours. The staff was polite and professional. Easy to have as much fun or as little, depending on your mood.

I’ve recently started visiting this spa and have generally had a good experience, but an incident occurred that left me deeply concerned about the staff’s preparedness for emergencies. A man collapsed outside the hot tub, becoming completely unresponsive. Though he was breathing, he repeatedly lost consciousness. I tried to wake him up by slapping his face and chest while asking if he had taken anything, but he kept slipping back under. I asked someone to call for help, and when a staff member arrived, I expected them to take charge. Instead, they seemed more worried about whether calling paramedics would disrupt operations rather than assessing the man’s condition. Despite the clear urgency, the staff member hesitated, repeatedly asking the unconscious man if he wanted paramedics, even though he was barely responsive. Meanwhile, I continued trying to keep him awake. After about five minutes, the man started to come to, but the staff still hadn’t taken any real action beyond questioning him. I was shocked at how untrained and unprepared they were—no first aid, no naloxone, not even basic smelling salts. When I left, I asked the front desk staff if the man was okay, and their response was dismissive: “Some people just don’t know their limits.” That reaction was disappointing and concerning. In a place where people use hot tubs, saunas, and possibly other substances, staff should be trained to handle medical emergencies properly. I hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve their emergency response procedures.

Visited for the first time this weekend, and had the time of my life. I hadn't even unlocked the door of my room and gotten undressed before I started getting the attention of flirty men. I took a star away, only for the amount of drug use going on inside (not openly, but people will ask if you want to party), but I found more than enough playmates who prefer to have fun with a clear head. I'll definitely visit again.

I normally have a positive experience at Spa. I was making out in the hot tub with my friend. We weren't having sex . Maintenance man Ryan came barking saying not on his watch . Go upstairs. No signs were posted stating our behavior was prohibited. I don't mind staff politely reinforcing their policies. I did not appreciate his aggressive tone . Time was was 1.45 am. Saturday April 12,2025. We all aways pay our entrance fee and purchase drinks. We expect to be spoken to in a reception manner. I've seen other customers exhibit similar behavior and they were never spoken to.

I've visited this place many times, especially during the cold season. It has great facilities, a big steamroom and hot sauna. However, I will not going to be back anytime soon because on multiple occasions, I have been treated disrespectfully by staff members of this facility. After an incident last night, which caused me significant stress, I will not be going back and will not advise anyone to visit this place unless you enjoy being yelled at and receive an attitude.

This was my first and last visit to this place. The room was stuffy with poor air circulation, which made it hard to breathe comfortably. The staff at the front desk were extremely rude. As it was my first time, I wasn’t familiar with the process, and when I asked where to put the used towel, I was met with an angry response and high intonation. The staff member rudely directed me, and even other customers noticed and looked at me with pity. One of them tried to calm me down, but the experience was so unpleasant that I decided to leave. I then moved to Steamworks Bathhouse, and the difference was like night and day! The atmosphere, service, and facilities were far superior, making it a much better option.
