I live locally and chose this spa for a mother-daughter spa massage. We booked 80 minute massages and also used the pool, hot tub and steam room. From beginning to end, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. The RMTs went out of their way to make it a pampering experience with little details like bringing us glasses of water after our massages and replacing our wet spa slippers with new ones. All the other staff we interacted with were equally welcoming and helpful. We felt truly taken care of and left feeling much more relaxed both physically and mentally.

The spa area was clean and calming, fruit and herbal teas and flavored water, sparkling wine and salt water pool, hot tub and steam room were great. Regina gave me a really great massage, she listened and was very receptive to my problem areas. The only downfall was the hotel was testing their fire system and it was hard to relax when the fire alarm and security messages were playing.

I had a lovely, relaxing time at this spa celebrating a birthday with my best friend. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and accommodating. After we came out of the hot tub, they offered us fresh robes and slippers before our treatments, which was a great touch and made us feel extra pampered! My friend and I both got facials, and we felt very soothed and refreshed after our treatments. The ambience is also calming with lots of natural light. The facilities include a dining/quiet lounge, eucalyptus steam room, hot tub and a salt water pool. The CN tower is visible from the skylights above the pool. The lounge had tea, fruit infused water, and an assortment of fruit. While the facilities weren't as luxurious as those in 5-star hotels, we felt that all in all, this day spa was excellent for the price point. I will definitely be coming back for more spa days.

My fiancée and I had a massage on a Saturday during our 2 night stay at the hotel. My massage was with Regina and she was excellent. She would check to make sure pressure was ok, definitely helped loosen out tight muscles and overall very friendly. We were greeted upon arrival at the spa area near the pool. Our stay at the hotel along with our time at the spa, made an excellent relaxing weekend.

Went with my bf for a birthday celebration and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed warmly, asked if we needed a place to store our bags, and provided with locker keys. Each locker had a robe, disposable slippers, and a towel for us to use. Towels were also plentiful by the pool and inside the locker rooms. Jonievy and Regina did an amazing job with our massages. My bf wanted deep tissue and I got a regular massage and they were able to do them at the same time in the same room, which was nice. After the massages, they told us not to leave. Debbie brought in complimentary sparkling wine and a dessert plate for my birthday. Debbie was very helpful, providing us with water and ensuring we were taken care of before and after our massages and also later when we came back to use the pool, hot tub, and steam rooms. All in all, we had an amazing time. All staff were kind, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and come again!

My hot stone massage with Marivic was amazing. She is very knowledgeable and the experience was just what I needed to relieve tension and pamper myself Would definitely recommend her. Everyone at the spa was kind and friendly from my arrival at the front desk to my departure.

Such a relaxing spa experience! Checked in with Debbie, who was able to accommodate my daughter getting a treatment session alongside me. Had a lovely relaxing massage with Marivic who tailored my treatment to my needs. My daughter's RMT Regina was wonderful too. Both were courteous, pleasant and professional. We'll be requesting them again for our next treatment sessions!
