"I live locally and chose this spa for a mother-daughter spa massage. We booked 80 minute massages and also used the pool, hot tub and steam room. From beginning to end, all the staff were lovely and welcoming. The RMTs went out of their way to make it a pampering experience with little details like bringing us glasses of water after our massages and replacing our wet spa slippers with new ones. All the other staff we interacted with were equally welcoming and helpful. We felt truly taken care of and left feeling much more relaxed both physically and mentally."

"The spa area was clean and calming, fruit and herbal teas and flavored water, sparkling wine and salt water pool, hot tub and steam room were great. Regina gave me a really great massage, she listened and was very receptive to my problem areas. The only downfall was the hotel was testing their fire system and it was hard to relax when the fire alarm and security messages were playing."

"I had a lovely, relaxing time at this spa celebrating a birthday with my best friend. The staff were highly professional, friendly, and accommodating. After we came out of the hot tub, they offered us fresh robes and slippers before our treatments, which was a great touch and made us feel extra pampered! My friend and I both got facials, and we felt very soothed and refreshed after our treatments. The ambience is also calming with lots of natural light. The facilities include a dining/quiet lounge, eucalyptus steam room, hot tub and a salt water pool. The CN tower is visible from the skylights above the pool. The lounge had tea, fruit infused water, and an assortment of fruit. While the facilities weren't as luxurious as those in 5-star hotels, we felt that all in all, this day spa was excellent for the price point. I will definitely be coming back for more spa days."

"My fiancée and I had a massage on a Saturday during our 2 night stay at the hotel. My massage was with Regina and she was excellent. She would check to make sure pressure was ok, definitely helped loosen out tight muscles and overall very friendly. We were greeted upon arrival at the spa area near the pool. Our stay at the hotel along with our time at the spa, made an excellent relaxing weekend."

"Went with my bf for a birthday celebration and we had a wonderful time. We were welcomed warmly, asked if we needed a place to store our bags, and provided with locker keys. Each locker had a robe, disposable slippers, and a towel for us to use. Towels were also plentiful by the pool and inside the locker rooms. Jonievy and Regina did an amazing job with our massages. My bf wanted deep tissue and I got a regular massage and they were able to do them at the same time in the same room, which was nice. After the massages, they told us not to leave. Debbie brought in complimentary sparkling wine and a dessert plate for my birthday. Debbie was very helpful, providing us with water and ensuring we were taken care of before and after our massages and also later when we came back to use the pool, hot tub, and steam rooms. All in all, we had an amazing time. All staff were kind, courteous, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend and come again!"

"As a first time customer I wasn't sure what to expect but I had a fantastic experience. Amir made me comfortable explaining every step of the treatment to me and why he was using each product. We started with an assessment to make sure the treatment my wife booked was the right one for me. The team at Bode is very knowledgeable and Daniel was really helpful in explaining how to extend the benefits of my treatment with the right products. "I’ve been going to Rebalance4Men for a few years now. Both Marcos and João are amazing. They take pride in what they do and it comes through from the start when they greet you with their warm smiles to the moment you leave. I highly recommend their waxing & esthetics services. I’ve had some very bad waxing experiences before at other places before I found Rebalance4Men. Never again. There has never been an issue with Marcos. He has an amazing approach and takes great care to keep the pain to a minimum. The conversation is always great, which distracts you from it all. And of course, the results are amazing! The massages with João are a pure self indulgence for me. The salt scrub followed by a warm candle massage are treatments that are to die for. You literally just float away. Again, the pride in his massage shows right away. He checks in to see if you are comfortable. And he is intuitive to your muscles needs. Don’t blame him if you fall asleep! 5 stars each for a total of 10!"

"Highly recommended! Walking out the door of Xiang Xiang Health Center, I feel so much better than when I went in. I opted for the combo of 30 min. Reflexology/30 min. Shiatsu, which was a great general treatment for tired legs and sore back. (Though I have to say, the treatment I got was not like the reflexology and shiatsu treatments I have had at other massage studios. Still, it was very well done and effective.) The studio is clean, quiet, and features relaxing music to help ease the tension. The staff are very friendly and helpful, explaining the services and how things work. The male therapist who massaged me used strong but gentle pressure to melt the knots that had formed in my muscles. He was very responsive to feedback, easing up on super-sore spots, and coming back to them once they had recovered. By the end, I was completely relaxed and didn't want to leave."

"I went for foot massage and shoulder massage. Foot massage was normal but for shoulder massage it wasn’t that expected and didn’t even feel anything. For payment, they directly ask for it. They should have ask for tip by pos machine. When I told the tip amount he acted like didn’t understand and asked again. This is actually so rude. My friend didn’t want to give tip and they literally forced her to give it. You guys really need to improve customer care. And it smells like smoke during the massage, someone might be smoking in the centre."

I did not even mention the sciatica but she intuitively seemed to know where my discomfort was how to fix it. I felt a lot better afterwards. Highly recommend.
