Had a fabulous experience at Stillwater Spa as soon as I walked in! The staff were kind and able to fit me into a last-minute appointment. My massage therapist, Liz, was a Godsend! It was by far my favourite massage in a very long time. Additionally, the hot tub was a great highlight to start my evening and relax. The lounge was a quaint place to rest and have a couple of snacks. I also appreciated the locker system and found it very user-friendly.

Facilities are super clean and ambience is excellent. I had the Citrus Renew & Restore Massage with Liz and she is a godsend. Highly recommend her!! My skin is soft and moisturized, and the massage loosened all my knots. Honestly wanted to take a nap because it was so relaxing. Would definitely come back!

I was sooo needing and looking forward to a spa day with my sister. I have mixed reviews: Jennifer gave me a great massage and my sister said her facial was very nice. The facilities were super clean and kept up! The disappointment: we expected that we could use the hotel pool prior to our treatments. I have NEVER been to a hotel spa where this wasn't included. We were there on a Thursday morning - like really, we can't use the pool! We were told by the front staff that the pool is for guests! WTF!! Who am I? So we ended up leaving. We went shopping and out for lunch somewhere else - a lunch which we had intended on doing at the hotel. So fine, you won't accommodate your GUESTS, we'll spend our money elsewhere. I won't bother going back.

I came here for the first time with my wife. We got a couples massage. I must say it is a really nice spot. The change area’s have a steam room and hot tube that you can utilize before your treatment which really relaxes you. They have a sitting area with healthy snacks, organic herbal tea’s, cucumber and lemon water. I would recommend showing up 30 to 60 mins prior to your treatment so you can use the amenities and get yourself in a truly relaxed mind and body state. Our massage was also great. The shower has everything you need with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. They also have spray underarm deodorant, hair gel, combs, q-tips....etc Basically all you need to do is show up with a bathing suite and enjoy your time there. I would recommend this place.

The best spa experience you will find in Calgary. They offer an array of services and treatments and it’s all done professionally. I’ve been to several spas in Calgary but nowhere is as top notch as Stillwater - I always leave here feeling relaxed and pampered. You can also use their hot tub and steam room prior to your treatment, as well as enjoy some tasty refreshments. Their spa cuisine (prepared by Thomsons) is also prepared very well. Definitely come here, or treat your loved ones to here ☺️

Lovely place for a massage. Had whirlpool and steam room to ourselves. Donuts/treats/coffee are SO good and helped us last through the morning. Came back a month later after celebrating birthday. LOVED my massage and felt so relaxed. Highly recommend for any occasion

We had a side by side massage and it was amazing. The change rooms have a whirlpool and sauna and some fantastic showers with multiple shower heads. The lounge had snacks and treats, water, coffee, and tea, which were much needed after our fantastic massage. Being able to take our time and relax in the whirlpools and saunas after the massage was amazing.

We came for an express pedicure and it was $110 for 45mins. For the price I was expecting a bit more from this pedicure. I knew it wouldn't be too special since it's "express" but it was hardly a pedicure at all. There was no massage or scrubbing of heels or anything besides a soak and polish. I also tried to call to ask something and could not get through on their phone line even after calling multiple times over a couple hours. It was just a disappointing experience overall and way over priced for what it is. Would not recommend.
