Went for a massage for the very first time. Gwen, one of their RMTs, took amazing care of me. Asked a decent amount of questions and let me know what I am to expect before, during, and after the session. Gwen knows what he’s doing and it showed in how he was always asking for consent and in how hard or soft he was massaging me. The place is not necessarily easily seen from the outside, but if you could follow directions on Google Maps and could easily swallow your pride to ask for directions once inside Empire towers, they are easy enough to find. One other notable feature is that they do direct billing. I was feeling a little woozy after my amazing massage and my insurance was fortunately able to cover my bill and I was sent off. Easy! They do all the work for you. I can not wait for my next session!

I've seen Evan a few times for deep tissue massages but recently went to see him due to some neck pain. He was absolutely amazing and I left feeling so much better. He is very approachable, personable, and tailors his massages to his clients' needs. I definitely recommend booking an appointment with Evan if you want a great quality massage that will fix you right up!

I was massaged by Gab, he did an incredible job keeping me comfortable and was very professional. I appreciated his informative style and general bedside manor. The soreness was to be expected, my back was jacked up, but Gab's after care recommendations made my recovery quick. I noticed the difference quickly in my shoulder mobility and capacity for stretching once I got back to the gym. A wonderful experience overall. Thank you Gab!

As a professional ball hockey player, my back often gets sore from carrying the team. Gab loosened up both my Shoulders. Feel a lot more mobile now. He helped me with my feet too as well and gave some good aftercare advice. He’s a guy that takes pride in his work and genuinely cares for his clients. As an athlete I would definitely recommend
