Just saw Anh... and WOW. She is amazing. I wish I had more time to book a longer appointment. My body is stiff and achy from a long car ride and luckily for me they had an opening today! She was able to release muscles and stretch them out to give me instant relief. I don't live in Calgary, but I will always be trying to get myself an appointment when I come this way now :)

The people working here are lovely angels. I started when I first moved to the SE area and it was the only place my family from UK could purchase a gift card for me. That is now 4 years ago. Every person I've been to a session with has been friendly, above and beyond helpful at times. Currently Pam and her visceral massage has been my go to here. Over the last 2 years I've been coming to work through all the connective issues in my body after 2 births and other things. I ask questions and she is so knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. I learn so much and get a good understanding of why she is doing what she needs to my body. What it is she feels/senses needs attending to if there is nothing specific. I always leave feeling relieved and relaxed. Today I was in due to a small ski Injury that happened xmas eve and the release of the muscles affected and over compensating to help the injured area was amazing. I can breath better and the release in my neck area is like I'm floating right now. I always joke she is working magic.

I can't recommend Pam at Relaxing Wellness enough! She is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled craniosacral therapist. Since seeing her, my headaches have become much less frequent, and she has even helped straighten out internal restrictions I wasn’t even aware of—improving my ability to walk! Her expertise and caring approach make all the difference. Two of my family members now see her as a result.

Went for a 90 minute massage with Cindy and it was great! Cindy talked me through how the massage would go and by the time it was over I felt like a new man. I highly recommend Cindy and the Relaxing Wellness Company!

I have had 3 IPL treatments and 3 Chinese detox foot massages.Every single treatment has been so very incredible and the staff are so kind and professional! I highly highly recommend going and trying the offered treatments!
