"The people working here are lovely angels. I started when I first moved to the SE area and it was the only place my family from UK could purchase a gift card for me. That is now 4 years ago. Every person I've been to a session with has been friendly, above and beyond helpful at times. Currently Pam and her visceral massage has been my go to here. Over the last 2 years I've been coming to work through all the connective issues in my body after 2 births and other things. I ask questions and she is so knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. I learn so much and get a good understanding of why she is doing what she needs to my body. What it is she feels/senses needs attending to if there is nothing specific. I always leave feeling relieved and relaxed. Today I was in due to a small ski Injury that happened xmas eve and the release of the muscles affected and over compensating to help the injured area was amazing. I can breath better and the release in my neck area is like I'm floating right now. I always joke she is working magic."

"We picked Estrimont because we wanted to spend time at spa where we could bring our pet French bulldog with us. Estrimont was great! The rooms, service, location, variety of Scandinavian baths, saunas and pools were well above and beyond what any resort would offer, and the added benefit of being able to be with our little furry friend was the icing on the cake. There was a good mix of pet owners and non-pet owners, and the whole place is set up in such a way that everyone can enjoy in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. All the pet owners were friendly and respectful, and both pet owners and non-pet owners seemed to have a great time! We went during Easter so they had a wonderful Easter brunch with way more food than we could have consumed. The room was comfy and clean, and the location has plenty of outdoor space and even a dog park for the much needed walks in clean mountain air. Overall great experience!"

"We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! It was exactly what we were looking for—cosy, peaceful, and surprisingly fun for the kids with the outdoor pool, outdoor billiards, and badminton court. The atmosphere was perfect for unwinding. The family-friendly vibe made us feel right at home, and the staff were welcoming and thoughtful throughout our stay. The area is beautiful and we did some hiking and biking. We’d definitely come back and would happily recommend it to other families looking for a relaxing getaway with a bit of fun for the little ones too!"

"We loved this place for a little staycation. One big plus for us is that they are dog-friendly—even in the outdoor spa area—which was perfect for us and our Pablo. We completely understand the importance of ensuring all guests have a peaceful stay, but we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility regarding barking tolerance. Our French Bulldog barked for less than 5 minutes when we left the room briefly for dinner at Tomahawk (where dogs aren’t permitted), and we received a call from the front desk with a complaint and a warning about being asked to leave. That aside, the resort is clean, beautiful, and very relaxing."

"Here’s the translation: I recently returned from Estrimont, and I have some suggestions to improve the customer experience. 1. **Length of Stay**: I had originally booked for two days but ended up staying only one. The main reason was that someone complained about my dogs barking. First, we had informed the hotel in advance that we were bringing dogs. This wasn’t our first visit, and we had never encountered issues before. However, this time we were placed at the end of a hallway. My brother occupied the room at the very end, followed by our room and another room next to us. While we were out for dinner, we left the dogs in the room. I checked the hallway several times to see if they were barking, and everything was very quiet. 2. **Restaurant Experience**: It took at least an hour to receive our meal because the system failed to send our order to the kitchen. 3. **Spa Area**: The spa area was extremely slippery, and the steps leading to the cold bath were covered in solid ice. Additionally, the metal railing leading to the hot tub caused my palm to stick to it due to the cold. This made using the facilities dangerous. Unfortunately, this was my worst stay at Estrimont. Here are my suggestions to address these issues: 1. As a dog-friendly hotel, consider designating specific areas where dog owners can stay. This would help avoid complaints from other guests. Barking dogs are no different from crying babies or children running and shouting. When we returned to our room around 9 PM, which is still early, everything was quiet. My dogs only bark when there’s noise near the door—that’s their job. 2. Offer compensation in cases of errors at the restaurant. For example, a discount or complimentary item could improve the customer experience. 3. Close off slippery areas around the spa to prevent accidents. Safety should be a priority to avoid injuries. 4. Replace metal railings with PVC ones during cold weather to avoid issues like sticking. I had recommended Estrimont to my brother because we had always enjoyed our stays in the past. Unfortunately, unless changes are made, we will not be returning."

"It is a beautiful hotel and spa for a romantic getaway with my hubby. I loved the spacious suite and king-size comfortable bed. It is a very dog friendly hotel where you can take your dog with you to the spa and pool areas and even in a section of the restaurant. The staff are very friendly. The food at The Tomahawk Grill was very good. One thing that was missing was a nonslip mat in the tub as it was slightly slippery."

"The room was fine. Nothing special but certainly clean. The hotel is older but in ok shape. The outdoor spa area is a great addition. Breakfast was terrible. The staff were good, but the $50/person Sunday brunch was awful. The hotel is pet friendly for which there is no additional charge."
