First time experience at this spa for facial and I am completely satisfied with the customer service and service expertise. Although this spa is quite new, they warmly welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. My skin felt refreshed. I made an appointment to get the best care and relaxation. The decoration is simple but luxurious, cleanliness is 10/10

As an American who visits Canada often, I was surprised to come across a place so calming in the midst of Toronto. From the variety of services to amenities offered, I’m impressed with the treatments they offer. From the skin treatments to the laser services, and the unique cultural head massage and hair wash combo (their specialty!), the staff were extremely professional and I walked out feeling anew. Offering the perfect packages to gift to friends, I found that it’s also a great way to treat your friends and family. For those who live in the area and are simply visiting, I highly recommend coming in for a “reset and rejuvenate”.

Exceptional spa experience! The atmosphere was peaceful, and the staff were incredibly attentive. My massage was wonderfully relaxing, and the entire space was clean and beautifully decorated. I felt completely rejuvenated afterward. Highly recommend this spa for anyone needing to unwind and recharge. Five stars for quality and service!

Just visited the spa recently , I noticed everything inside look very clean and all the equipment seems brand new. Also the staff & the manager were nice and knowledgeable, they helped me understand more about my skin condition and recommened the most suitable treatment … I ended up purchasing the one year full facial treatment (with discount ????) .looking forward to comeback to the spa everymonth as I feel very welcomed and everyone there really care about me as a new customer :) Highly recommend ????
