"It was first time going there as part of a surprise valentines gift( had no idea where I was going and what the place was all about) The ambience is so relaxing, staff were polite and accommodating and the body massage was great! A special thanks to Danika who was extremely pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable about products they use! She was patient with all my questions and showed genuine interest in answering them! I ended up buying the body butter they used on me during the massage ( smelled awesome, light and non- greasy , there is one unscented option available as well) I’ll definitely be going back!"

"The facial treatment is very weak and does not include eye care or neck and décolleté care. So if you order facial treatment, keep in mind that it is an extra charge. It's just my first experience of having to pay extra for it. I really liked the body massage."

Not only are they the sweetest team of people but I actually felt so spoiled during their service. They were so attentive and made me feel so wonderful. I will continue to go back!! Probably the best nail experience I have ever had! Kay did my manicure and Tiffany did my pedicure and they were both absolutely lovely, welcoming and just the sweetest ladies! "Over the long weekend, I had the pleasure of getting my nails done at Neo last minute on Sunday evening, when every where else was closed. This salon has a beautiful and clean interior. Ken is very professional. He immediately could tell that my previous salon botched my nails. He was able to fix the shape and give me an excellent service as a first time client. "I made an appointment for a shellac mani/pedi just because this nail salon was closest to me and I didn't realize that they hadn't technically opened yet! They were kind enough to accomodate me anyway and made me feel very welcomed. Kay did an incredible manicure - they don't advertise Russian manicures here but she definitely got every tiny bit of dry skin on my nails. I was so impressed. Generally I had a wonderful experience and I'm grateful that they managed to squeeze my appointment in even while they were setting up parts of the salon and getting things ready for their actual opening day."
