"I’ve been coming to this space for a bit now and am always very satisfied with my experience. From the heated massage bed to the cozy linens that feel welcoming and not sterile every experience has been great. Everything is always clean and professional. I’ve been seeing Melissa as my regular therapist and she’s incredible. Strong pressure but really in tune with what I can handle each time. I work a job that puts lots of strain on my body and regular massage sessions are key for success and this is where I’ll go for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend!"

Zakiya, of Lynn Valley Massage Therapy, has provided me with physical relief of pain, discomfort and restriction of movement with my lower back and knees, providing me with the ability to continue with exercises and movement to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and to comfortably attend to my work obligations. Zakiya calmly listens to what my body is feeling, then asks me a couple of specific questions, followed my a concise suggestion of how we might proceed in our session together, then readily getting to it. "Actually I have attended the clinic multiple times! (I'm a local guide too). Generally the treatment at your facility was quite good and practitioners/clinic were quite nice, they seem like great staff and kind people. When scheduling with practitioners they frequently (3 times actually) cancelled or rescheduled my appointment due to their personal scheduling conflicts. I've never had this happen at other clinics. I have lots of patience and tolerance for minor inconveniences but when practitioner(s) cancel my appointments multiple times I find this poor customer service and tend not to rebook. 5 stars for the actual services and people. 1 star for customer service. Hence a 4star experience (deemed satisfactory or 'okay' but could use improvement). Hope this helps ☺️"

"I have been to several of the RMTs at Lynn Valley Massage Therapy over the last five or so years. Rachel, Sean and Krista are my regular therapists but I’ve seen many of the others when I couldn’t get in with my regulars. I’ve never had a bad massage. Everyone is extremely friendly, they talk as much or as little as you’d like. They will pivot to that day’s needs. They listen to what you’d like, and check in with you as you go. I recommend LV Massage to all my friends (and most now go there too)!"

"Tina McMahon is wonderful, I am so glad I found her. She takes the time to consult with you to ensure that you get the results you're looking for. She has helped me with sports injuries as well as just helping remove knots in my back and arms that happen due to my bad posture and excessive computer time. Highly recommend!"

"Everyone was so sweet. When I called, the lady even answer the phone nicely.. shocking! A guy did my nails, and a girl did my pedicure, both of them were focused and made sure to do a good job. This was my first time here, so I hope this place will be my forever nail salon!! <3"

"Update: The manager called me after I posted the review to make amends regarding the situation. I did appreciate the call. The manager also provided a free wax session for eyebrows and upper lips. I went to this business to get my eyebrow and upper lip waxing and I left with cuts that just got darker with every passing day. When I contacted the business, they accused me of lying saying the pictures were old, despite me going into the business and showing them the cuts. I was told the manager would call me to discuss the situation but I haven't received a call. Very disappointed and never coming back."

"I got a gift card to Nail Splash last Christmas, and went after our Mexico trip. I was removing my extensions and putting on regular gel polish (to keep my natural nails as intact as possible). The nail technician they paired me up with had either never done this or it was usual that she did what she did to me - as she was constantly getting checked in on. She ended up using the file driller(?) so much that she broke through the middle of my nail. I was bleeding from almost every nail from the bonds being ripped off with the clippers. I kept saying it really hurt and asked her to please try to be more gentle as I am now bleeding from several nails, and the gentleman at the front desk kept checking in on her and «showing» her how to do it. I asked for a milky white gel polish, but she chose a bright pink one - the gentleman stepped in again and chose a milky white polish. She then proceeded to place 5(!!) layers of gel polish on my fingers, then the top coat - which stung like a mother due to all the cuts. My nails were barely hanging on as they were now paper thin, half broken and bleeding. When she was finally done the gentleman at the front asked if I was okay and said «so sorry». I paid full price (half GC/Half debit) and left in tears. I feel like I gave so many chances for them to interfere or take over, I also didn’t want to be rude - but I should have said something. I had to soak my fingers and bandage them up for a couple days for it to start to feel better. Please do not go here, I have truly never experienced anything quite like this. This was a while ago and I still think about it every time I get my nails done, so I felt like I had to say something."

"Overall a great experience. The staff go really out of their way to make you comfortable. I got a shellac mani and a set of lash extensions for about $110 after taxes. Ana did my manicure; her care and attention to detail is among the best I’ve ever gotten. I’ll definitely book her personally next time. My lashes are great; we discussed the look and length I wanted before she started. Bonuses: hot towels, pillows and blankets, loyalty reward program and daily specials."
