"Do not be fooled. Alicia may be small but she is MIGHTY! She is incredibly adept at finding muscle knots and trigger points and then working them...hard! She has the strength to dig deep and get to the really deep muscle but is very conscientious about pain levels. I lost my last RMT to a broken arm and drifted around looking for a good replacement. I finally gave up in frustration so, as a result, I hadn't had a massage since just before the pandemic hit - February of 2020. A long time to go when you're as active as I am. I am very fortunate to have found Alicia!"

"I made an appointment online and received a confirmation email. One day before the appointment, I received both an email and a phone message reminding me of the appointment. When arriving at the appointed time, I was told that the appointment had been cancelled because she was not feeling well. I have problem with her cancelling the appointment but she never notified me about it! She subsequently emailed me claiming that she sent me a message through email but I never received it! Only a confirmation email and a reminder email! This is very unprofessional and I am extremely angry about the way I was treated!"
