"I booked a super last minute appointment due to some fairly severe lower back pain. The RMT Ryan not only gave me the best massage I’ve ever had with the medium- deep pressure I requested, he explained what he was working on, asked permission before the glutes, and managed to save some time at the end of the appointment to work on my jaw that I had briefly mentioned was bothering me. I felt a lot of relief and Ryan also demonstrated some stretches to target specific areas of tension in my body! Will be recommending and returning!"

Ida the massage therapist is friendly and will make you feel comfortable right from opening the door and sending you off. Massage is not rushed, different strokes every time depending on one’s request (deep or relaxing). The added hot stones, hot towels and cupping make the whole treatment stand out from the other massages I’ve had. It is personalized and she listens to my preferences.
