"I had a wonderful experience at Clinique de Mode at 211 Yonge street! Over the years I noticed that my skin was showing signs of time and sun damage. I was very nervous at first having never been to a medical spa but the welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable team there made me feel comfortable, listened to and cared for. Sarah greeted me and her friendly, warm presence put me instantly at ease. Leeann the nurse was highly skilled and attentive and took the time to explain the services and answer my questions. "First time having a professional facial and couldn’t be happier! I saw Ms. Ginny who was wonderful. Exceptionally professional, thorough. I opted for the “Glow and Go” hydra facial and am very pleased with the outcome. I will be returning for further treatments and would absolutely recommend this location and Ginny specifically, to friends and family. The office itself is extremely clean, tidy and organized. Treatment rooms very comfortable. •• Just completed my second visit to Clinique and seeing Ms. Ginny. I really can’t find a single thing to critique or which needs improvement. Hydra facial with added manual extraction, brightening treatment and lip treatment. Ms. Ginny is nothing less than AMAZING. Detailed, patient and careful. She explained everything before hand and makes sure to answer any questions you have. Always making sure you’re comfortable and happy with the progress at each stage. And while you can certainly stay silent once the treatments begin if you feel like it, I’ve found the conversation with Ms. Ginny wonderful and she’s very knowledgeable about products and particular ingredients if you want to ask her professional opinions. And on top of it all, Ms. Ginny doesn’t try to upsell anything!!! She even explained that the idea I had of undergoing three sessions of Pico laser wasn’t really necessary. I have a very faint discolouration “mask”from a bad sunburn as a kid. Only visible in certain lights or if I get overheated. Ms Ginny explained that because of my skin tone and how minor the discolouration is, I could actually achieve multiple of my skin goals with a mild peel rather than going through 3 laser sessions. The fact Clinique doesn’t engage in upselling and directs you to the best choice, even if means you’re spending less, is such an important factor when finding the right spa and person to trust with you skin. If you’re considering booking an appointment, rest assured you’ll be visiting a highly professional spa with expertly trained, honest and friendly skin professionals and I can personally attest to Ms. Ginny and her top tier skills. So, so happy I started visiting Clinique!!"

"During my first visit to Clinique De Mode I received a HydraFacial and Botox consultation; both done by Dr. Natalie MacPherson. I’ve had a HydraFacial done elsewhere before but the one here at Clinique de mode was the best thus far! It was relaxing and my skin was glowing for days! During my second visit, I had Botox done (for my very first time) by Natalie and it went so smoothly. My results are amazing. The staff at Clinique De Mode are all so friendly, patient, and very well-versed in their field. Each visit was pleasant and informative. "She does it again! Perfection! There’s only one nurse injector I see now and that’s Nurse Natalie. She truly is the best in the business and is highly educated in skin treatments, injections and everything face and skin. I got a mini lip filler with her this past week and they look amazing. Not too big just a nice plump while still looking natural. And no bruising which is crazy good because I’m a bruiser. Thank you Natalie!"

"The staff at Clinique De Mode are friendly, but unfortunately, I did not receive the level of professionalism or results I was expecting from the Forma facial I had there. I have been getting Forma treatments at another clinic in Toronto for a few years, and when Clinique De Mode opened a location near me, I decided to give it a try. I visited a week before my wedding, and the nurse suggested doing Forma on my forehead. This had never been recommended at my previous clinic, as they advised against it due to the skin being too thin. However, the nurse at Clinique De Mode assured me that it was safe, so she proceeded. Toward the end of the treatment, it became uncomfortably hot, and I had to ask her to stop. She reassured me that this was normal, but I left with a red spot on my forehead, which turned into a scar two days later. I contacted the clinic to inform them of what happened, and they responded by downplaying my concern, stating that the mark was just hyperpigmentation and would eventually fade. They even offered to provide scar cream, which seemed contradictory if it was supposedly only hyperpigmentation. I'm leaving this review because, two months later, the scar is still there. While the staff at Clinique De Mode were courteous, I don't believe they demonstrated the level of knowledge and professionalism that customers expect. Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting Forma treatments here."
