"Highly recommend. As a teenager that deals with hormonal acne, it was very hard to get rid of my stubborn pimples and scars. I became very self conscious and it lead to being my biggest insecurity. After I visited Neetu to get a combination of the signature facial, chemical peel, and than micro needling, my skin has never looked so alluring. The costumer service was excellent, they offered me drinks and lead me to the room. The environment was very clean and hygienic. As I said I highly recommend, the experience is unmatched. :)"

At first I was so scared it was going to hurt, but Kam made sure I knew that their new technology and techniques weren’t going to hurt as much as other laser hair removal machines worked. "I have been here before as I was recommended this place years ago by a colleague who goes here regularly. I have been for some minor services like manicures and facials in the past, and all were good. Although, oddly, I was told that my skin was "dry" when I have never had dry skin in my life. Dehydrated perhaps, but never dry. I would expect they would know the difference. Anyway, my colleague had a cosmetic procedure done some time back and she looked GREAT afterward. So about a year ago, I decided to go for the same thing. I indicated to the staff that I wanted exactly what my colleague had done as she had such good results. I filled out paper work that I don't think they even bothered to read before hand. Anyway, Neetu said that she has now upgraded to a new machine, (more expensive of course) but still could use the old one, but that the new one was better. Not much detail beyond that was given. I asked if the results would look the same as what my colleague had and she said yes!! She upsold me, but I trusted her that the results would be the same as she said. Needless to say, I was shocked by my results. First, it was a sloppy job...I can't help but wonder if she wore her glasses for the procedure? Maybe she needs a new prescription for them? The work was very sloppy and all over the place. It's the kind of procedure that leaves marks afterward so you can tell where the device was used. But the worst part was she not only used a different machine, which I consented to, but she also added another procedure that I DID NOT ASK FOR affecting my results. There was very little consultation and just assumption I would want the extra procedure done as this is what most customers get in addition done. Only after it was done did she tell me what she had done. As I did not give my consent for this, I was extremely upset and felt violated as it was a service I NEVER CONSENTED TO that was preformed on MY FACE/NECK, and the results (which I did not like nor wanted) lasted for a while. Even my colleague was shocked when she saw me. Some of us like our laugh lines and other expression lines and some of us like our round faces and don't want fat melting or skin tightening everywhere, or certain lines erased, or our freckles or our extra 10 lbs....and this is why they should always consult with each client FULLY before going ahead with whatever they think is best or popular look. I hated every time I looked in the mirror for so long as it reminded me that I was violated and given an extra procedure that I NEVER ASKED FOR NOR CONSENTED TO NOR WAS ADVISED OF. There were days when I even cried thinking about my experience there. I even had nightmares about going back and given procedures I never consented to again. I would not recommend this place for anything beyond a manicure or pedicure."

I've had a really positive experience with her and Neetu who owns the place and also services clients is a really nice and professional lady to deal with as well. It's an overall great place but if I were to recommend 1 service it would be Riham's facials! That girl has magic in her hands. Also, pretty chatty and peppy to be around :)"
