"Terrible terrible service. A bit racist too. So disappointing. The staff changed so much we used to go for massages all the time back in 2020-2021 now there’s new staff and it’s sad. This place is supposed to be a relaxing place and it’s not. I made my mother an appointment and they treated her horribly. Sure my mother was a few minutes late but she called letting them know she was stuck in traffic and when she got there the girl had a nasty attitude. I do not recommend this place at all. Also I'm pretty sure that girl Hayley that did the massage is racist. If you’re an immigrant please don’t go here, they won’t treat you nicely."

"Kelly is great for deep tissue treatments. I’ve had her use cupping on my back multiple times and it does wonders to release tension. She also took the time to figure out my normal activities to help target some other problem areas. She then gave clear advice on stretching and foam rolling to help avoid the problems in the future."

"They can’t handle scheduling accurately. I prioritized my appointment here over other activities / schedules that I have, only to find out I was scheduled on the wrong date when I went to the clinic. I was on leave from work to have my massage before the year ends. I didn’t receive any confirmation email or text message or anything after we ended the call just last week about my schedule. This should be part of your SOP that you confirm what was transpired between you and the patient before ending the call. I was so disappointed and upset."
