They were also well stocked with some products and hair tools, which was a special touch that I really appreciated. I attended a yoga class and left feeling absolutely refreshed. There is no attention to detail that goes unnoticed at this studio. 5 stars!!"

"I absolutely love this gym! The front of house staff always know me by name and the schedule and variety of classes is wonderful. The classes change a bit every 3-6 months so something new is always coming up! There are lots of workshops to try out fun things like trampoline classes. All instructors are so accommodating and non-judgemental - it is a great place for newbies and experienced class go-ers alike. The facility is clean with towels, lockers, and yoga mats provided. The staff are the best and I really look forward to going, which is saying something for a gym workout!!"

"Beware! Paid in full one year family membership. Then they made 3 unauthorized payment withdrawals amounting to $300+. After the commotion of finally receiving 2 of 3 unauthorized payments, I was advised by telephone message that our membership was cancelled effective immediately and to find another spa. I have only been there once when they guaranteed that they would be able to help with my pain management and I signed and paid in full for a year membership with my Debit Card. These ladies can be just as rude as they are nice and it has been 6+ months with no refund or last correction processed. I should have paid more attention to the sign posted at the counter saying “ no verbal abuse will be tolerated” ( in a spa?). They continually denied that the company ever made mistakes which did become upsetting when their niceness became nastiness. Sad part is that this was a generous gift. They ran under “ Planet Beach Spa” at the time however continue with this new name, same location and same staff/owners. Although hear say, I am aware of two others who had the same experience as myself. They gave up however I am not going to give up to their intimidation.and self righteousness. I just hope this doesn’t or hasn’t happened to someone else."

"I have been an avid Tanner for 26 year's and when I found Karen's Planet Beach I was hooked!!! I have been going to Karen's Planet Beach for 8 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else in Grande Prairie. Karen and her staff have always been so accommodating and friendly, I feel like it's my second home. Where we live has long cold winter months and I am so thankful that I have a safe environment to go and get rejuvenated!! I have made life long like minded friends here and honestly am very grateful that I met Karen. If you're looking for somewhere to relax and get pampered this is my #1 choice!!! "I went into Planet Beach today to simply learn more about this spa as I have never been to a spa like this. Upon entering, I was treated amazing. Karen was so kind to me and she took her time explaining and showing me how everything worked. She even offered me 3 complimentary services so I could experience everything for myself. She went over the membership contract options thoroughly. I was very impressed with her. I would recommend this spa to my friends due to the cost and simplicity of the services offered. Karen's kindness really showed her dedication to satisfying her customers. I must say this kind of service does not happen often today and when it does heartfelt. Thank you!"

"I have been going to Planet Beach in Grande Prairie for 4 years now. I absolutely love the staff and the environment. The spa is always very clean and I never have to wait for the services I have booked. I walk in and they are ready for me. I have read some recent comments about the spa's owner and the mask debate that are trouble some. Planet beach does not discriminant at all if you choose to wear a mask that is great, if you choose not too that is fine as well (just like every store we go into, we still have civil rights to make that choice). The spa is very good at booking times for each individual client and there fore it is very seldom that you will even see other clients, let alone be 6ft from anyone. Thank you Karen and Staff for always making my days brighter."

"GAME CHANGER!!! I am always skeptical when trying out spa type businesses. Planet Beach has absolutely blown me away with its quality, class and cleanliness! I am a fussy person when it comes to hygiene, cleanliness and consistency. Karen,(the wonderful owner) always makes sure I have the best experience possible. I have had incredible results in my health and my skin. I usually have to tan 4x a week at least at conventional tanning businesses. I have NEVER tanned as quickly as I have at Planet Beach without the slightest burn in the process! The beds are of the best quality I have experienced; and I have tanned many places. Tanning paired with the hydro- sauna and the infrared sauna have my skin looking younger and a glowing like I've never seen!! I love to do the detoxification option in the infrared sauna and have noticed a difference in my energy and sleep quality. But I digress....if you visit Planet Beach you will NOT be disappointed! Cheers!!"

"I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for Manju’s place. I’ve been to several laser clinics before, and while they were fine, none of them compare to this experience. They use a new laser machine here that honestly doesn’t hurt at all! I’ve always dreaded the pain during treatments, but with this machine, I felt almost nothing. The staff is also super friendly, and Manju herself really takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable and well-informed. I’m really impressed, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a more painless and professional laser experience!"

"This place thrives on taking advantage of unsuspecting clients, primarily young people who don’t realize they’re being scammed. They lure you in with competitive prices at first, only to manipulate the machine’s intensity so that you require more sessions. When we confronted Manju, the owner, she was unprofessional and rude ...a stark contrast to her friendly demeanor on the first day when she was trying to win us over as clients. Instead of addressing our concerns, she dismissed us and even suggested we go elsewhere."

"I cannot recommend Manju Laser enough. I went in for Electrolysis (was recommended by a friend) and was not sure what to expect. Sunil was exceptionally kind and walked me through the entire procedure, not to mention, he told me where I did not need the hair removal and actually saved me money! I am beyond happy and have gone repeatedly for treatments due to their trust. Sunil and Manju are utmost kind, honest and incredibly respectful. I am so happy to have come across them. To me, they have become like family. If you are thinking of any aesthetic procedure, I can promise you, you will not be disappointed with them. "I’ve been visiting Manju’s salon for over a decade and it’s because of the great service I receive each time. I started of waxing and moved on to laser- with great results. Manju and her staff are attentive, patient and polite always. I am very picky when it comes to certain services and to say I’ve been going here for soo many years and even recommended to friends and family-says a lot. Definitely recommend!!"

"Clean place and very friendly staff, however both my mother and I were unsatisfied with our mani/pedi result. I had 4 layers on one hand, the other hand 3 layers and one finger had two coats and no top coat.As for the pedicures we had nail polish on our skin and layers were so thick they did not dry properly. Overall, I would not recommend mani/pedi here. I went because of good rating and was disappointed i paid $55 plus tip and had to re-do everything at home the next day by myself."
