"This is the first time I went to Apex and I had a 90 minutes session with Courtney. It was very clean and welcoming and calming. Courtney was prompt in getting me for my appointment. Great massage. She even endured through me falling asleep and snoring. I already had another massage booked with Sara few days later and that was great too. Unfortunately I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and Sara was very understanding and even extended my appointment at the end to make up for my lateness. Thank you very much I will definitely be going back in the new year."

"While it is never fun to give 1 star or a bad review in any kind of businesses, what we have experienced tonight in Apex Massage Therapy is absolutely devastating and unbelievable. especially with a first time booking experienced. We have called their business hotline number last Friday, and we inquired if there are any available schedule slots for 2 people for a Saturday night time massage therapy. The receptionist checked the schedule and she advised that unfortunately, there are no available therapist that can accommodate us on a Saturday night. Meanwhile, the receptionist suggested and asked if it is fine for us to have a Sunday evening schedule instead since they have the therapist and schedules available. We agreed and she started getting both of our information and in the end, gave us a confirmation from the phone call for a Sunday evening schedule booked for 2 people. This is where our nightmare begins. When we arrived on the scheduled date and time, the receptionist advised that there is only a massage therapy booking under 1 of our name, and they cannot find the other one in their system. After a couple of minutes they offered an option, that one of us can take the scheduled massage and 1 of us have to wait for 1 hour for the same therapist. Obviously the same therapist will be exhausted! Not only that, you are asking us to waste our precious time while we had a booking in the first place! What a ridiculous customer service for first time customers, can your manager or owner imagine that? Truly terrible at its best! Apex Massage Therapy really delivered a great job ruining our night that was supposedly for relieving stress. But instead, inflicted more stress, provided unbelievable customer service, wasted our Sunday night time! All we can say more that this is one of the worst experience that people can have. If you are a first time booker here, don't even bother wasting your time or take your chances to avoid this extreme stressful experienced. If you have a wife or husband don't put them in a situation where they may have this same experience. You will surely don't want that. Worst of the worst."

"Always consistent in offering quality therapists in a serene yet not over the top spa like environment. Staff are friendly and customer oriented. Many therapists to choose from that over time you develop your favourites - particularly our family faves are Stephan, Michael, Denise, Maddie, Orlen just to name a few). With so many qualified therapists, never seem to have an issue finding availability to meet your schedules and as a customer for over 10+ years (3 different locations!), our kids have now reached the age that they can enjoy (and get their themselves) the benefits of #selfcare by Apex. Apex is the best place to get a reasonably priced quality, clean place for a treatment for whatever your ailment may be! Central good location with free parking and easy to find! Highly recommend!"

"UNPROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT!!! Booked as a couple, should have been a Saturday. Receptionist said there’s none available for Saturday if we want female therapist and be done at the same time so she rebooked us on a Sunday, which we agreed to. When we came, only 1 person was booked and they’re offering for the other person to wait 1 hr, so the same therapist will service both of us. The therapist would be exhausted already if we did accept. We just left. Never coming back, worst experience for a first time. Ruined the night."

"Apex is conveniently located and they are quick and efficient at booking appointments. They have lots of therapists, so it's easy to find a time that works for me. I have seen two different therapists and there were both excellent!! Thank you, Apex!"

"I have a regular massage therapist, whom I enjoying going to see. She does a great job with any issues I have. The location is easy to get to and the place is always clean. Wish they had sound proofed their walls between the rooms."

"They cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment 3 times! This is terrible.. i am all about supporting small businesses but i had to drop off my daughter to daycare early so that i can make it to the appointment and they cancel it just 10 mins before - thats not professional! Reason- family emergency and once the RMT was sick.. each time they realize 10 mins before the appointment. I normally go to SOAR on grey st and will continue going there because never ever have i had this problem with them. Massage addict and sacred spaces both dont respect client schedule clearly. You lost a very loyal client. My whole family was supposed to go to them but not anymore!"

"Had 3 appointments with different therapists: Shannon, Laryn, and Melissa. My experience each time was great, walked out feeling very relaxed and lots of tension released in my upper body. Very welcoming environment. Only downside is that the location may be hard to find for the first visit but there’s detailed directions on their website"

"Went to Sacred Spaces for my first time and the experience was lovely. Melissa helped me over the phone navigate to the door and offered a warm welcome. The space is clean and cute with lots of products to offer. The massage rooms were quiet and tidy. I had a 90 minute massage with Melissa who listened to my issues and went the extra step to explain what muscles she’ll be massaging and how it will help. Cant wait to go back !"

"Was able to book a last min apt with Laryn for an injury I had. She was very welcoming and skilled as a massage therapist. Such a great and relaxing atmosphere. Downside- a little hard to find in the Cordage Heritage District and parking is gravel / muddy/ pot holes this time of year! Still didn’t deter me from going back. I already have a follow up apt next week."

"Ive booked an appointment twice with Rebecca now and both times she told us (my mom and i) that she would be doing a massage and reiki and both times she only did the massage. Very upsetting. Never was offered any space or appointments for the mistakes on her part as well to make up for it. I actually never asked for the massage either times as well, but was TOLD that she always does the massage first and then reiki. I’m very upset at the lack of sympathy for mine and my mom’s time and money as we drive all the way from Toronto each time. Not to mention the fact that her services are supposed to relieve me from negative energy and stress, but instead caused more of it. Won’t be coming back and would definitely not recommend her to anyone."

"My first experience at Sacred Spaces was wonderful. RMT Shannon was incredibly professional, very welcoming, and she provided excellent massage therapy. She was kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Sacred Spaces is located next to a building renovation and construction, but it didn’t feel like it. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and felt very relaxing once inside. I’ve been to numerous massage therapy places within Brantford and this is by far my favourite. I will be returning as a client for sure, and highly recommend to any one."
