"My partner booked us a couples' massage, and I was so pleasantly surprised. Cici and Vivi were very kind and friendly, and provided wonderful services. I was really grateful that they had a double room (two chairs, two tables) as I'm more comfortable going with my partner. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was calm, and the towels were hot. I can't stress enough how lovely the ladies were - thank you both for laughing along with me and making the whole experience less awkward."

"My appointment was for 1 pm today, no one was at the front when I arrived so the sign said ring bell, I didn’t that no one showed up so I rang the bell the second time, a lady looked out the room she was in and I said I have an appointment at 1pm. She said ok I figured she was running late so I sat there for a half an hour and no one showed up so I left. When I arrived home I called them and let them know why I. left. 2 people came in after me and they went in right away. However they did call me to apologize and told me to come back and what I booked for will be free. I said NO"

"I had reflexology and a body massage by Vivi and Coco. Both women were very skilled massage therapists. I’ve had massages all over Asia and this was by far the best I’ve ever had. I recommend. Also note they have a cash price that is less than if you tap your debit/credit card. $60/ea or $106 for both cash or $120 if you tap. Neither speak English so have your translator app handy if you want to communicate. (I have a hunch they give happy endings)."

"Massage is good but they don’t keep track of their appointments. Every time you go for your scheduled appointment they always make you wait for 20-30mins. As they have someone who walked in to ask for massage and they have started their session without checking list of booked appointments."

"The massage was amazing, my back was really worked on and she hit all the spots, my back felt like new. Loved the feeling, the pressure was great. She even massaged the muscles of the shin on the leg which just bliss, definitely recommend. Sadly I didn’t get the name of the masseuse, she had short greyish hair. Absolutely wonderful job."

I am also having my physiotherapy here for my lower back with Vaidehi Viraj Patel, she is very knowledgeable and soft spoken person after 3-4 therapies my pain was gone. "I booked for RMT and that was good, I had an insurance which covered me for RMT, I specifically called them while booking appointment that you accept Insurance right? They confidently afffirmed untill my massage was done, once I was out they starting giving me weird reasons that the we can’t claim as out portal is down and I need to pay. This not good service and nothing was done and eventually I need to pay there and submit claim on my own. This is poor Customer service. Not acceptable"

"I see many people are complaining about pre-charging the tip even prior to massage. I have been to this place, but they never asked for tip from me prior to Massage oh, they ask you for the the Massage service fees. I have experienced a very good massage at this place and later I’ve paid the tip. Just to share once I give them a larger bill then the service they started the massage though, but they brought the change to the massage room to pay me back. I think there is some misunderstanding and totally agree that their English is not that great. The take some time to understand what you’re trying to say …. But the best what I do is address or point to my pain areas and then they take care of the rest. Overall great place for massage, language is bit barrier but not that of hassle. Much try!!!"

"I thought I was the only one who was given bad treatment here. But now while checking reviews I found they are doing this thing to everyone and ruin the real pleasure of massage comfort. They just ask for a tip in the middle of a massage and then argue it as a right after spoiling the whole purpose of massage. They charged me full and started arguing in the middle and refused to give me a massage for a complete time slot. She just went out and brought the service charge menu showing me then written in the bottom "people usually give 10-20 dollars as a tip". Of course any decent person will give but not after listening to give me now I don't believe you will give me after. And what is the meaning of usually? Who asks for a tip without the completion of the therapy session? It is a total shady place in the name of massage if u refuse to take extra service and just want to stick till massage they will somehow irritate to leave in the middle. Never visit this place."

"They are a cheat business and just want to charge more without giving massage. Booked for one hour and they gave 30 min service and then were forcing to pay tip in between to Complete the massage. Left in between. People come to relax and not to argue or for cheating. If they want to charge more they shall simply raise their price. But instead they want to double it under the tip name forcefully."
