"I came here a few months ago to see one of the RMT’s for a massage. While the massage itself was fine, for the entire duration of the massage (1hour) she was talking about her childhood trauma and her family dynamics. And then proceeded to tell me she “believes in energy transfer” all while massaging me and continuing to talk about her past traumas… I felt very uncomfortable for the entire duration of the treatment. I’m not one for confrontation so I thought if I didn’t talk she would also stop, but that was not the case. I left feeling not so relaxed…"

The place is always spotless, they clean thoroughly and consistently. For a walk in massage (not RMT) you get 45 minutes for about $50 plus taxes. Their hours are so convenient as they close around 9pm except Sundays at 8pm - check their website to confirm. If you enjoy a deep tissue massage then this is for you."

"First time here. Not sure why I was treated differently when the manager clearly treated others better? Just because they are return customers? I would also love to be one but her attitude wasn’t asking for it. While the manager socializes with other customers and would friendly offer to schedule the next visit, she communicated with me as though I refused to pay for the massage. When I asked for a time slot, she simply threw one at me and said “that’s what you get for last minute booking.” While I agree that planning ahead would allow better choices and easier for her to manage, doesn’t mean that she should blame me for it. We all have a lot to deal with on life than just massaging."

"Kept telling the therapist to be more gentle but she kept digging in deep to the point where she actually herniated my disc in my lower back. I should have just gotten off the table as soon as I realized she just didn’t understand a word coming out of my mouth! I’ve been living in so much pain thanks to that massage. Difficulty walking now and can’t bend down at all. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I DEFINITELY WON’T RECOMMEND!!!!"
