"I just want to say I had an appointment at 10am and your office was not open and your place was closed and dark and once people did show up at 10am which is when my appointment was to start. Alarms were ringing and your Receptionist Pooja was just walking though the door at 10:01 why would u ask me to come for a session and your place is closed untill 10am!!! I have asked alot about another service you Provide 3x now and Pooja kept saying I'll ask and yesterday I asked again and she was rude about it cuz I keep asking and her response was The therapist is still trying to figure out what that service is. Again said she'd call me back...still nothing. How do we find out about your services if no one can help us understand it ?"

"Emma is fantastic for RMT. She’s professional, she listens to your concerns, checks in with your comfort (ie pressure) during the massage and gives you some tips to help with pain (ie exercises to try while at home). I also find she’s on time with her appointments which is greatly appreciated. The place is clean, the receptionist is friendly and professional."

"Ive been to muse consistently and Emma is a great RMT The only piece of feedback is I noticed even when you are on time for your appointments often I get taken into the room late within 5 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. This means that once the massage is actually beginning this has already eaten 5–10 minutes of 60 minute massage time and the massage ends 5 minutes prior to the 60 minute appointment booking. I would love to see Muse having the full dedicated time booked to the actual massage rather than losing 10-15 mins due to being taken late and ending early when the appointment was started late to begin with"

"I would like to express my disappointment regarding the pricing at Muse Wellness. I was charged $130 for a simple massage, despite my Blue Cross insurance covering unlimited RMT sessions. Unfortunately, they told, they could only claim $100, resulting in a $30 out-of-pocket expense. The receptionist's rude and arrogant demeanor was unwelcoming and concerning. Regrettably, I have decided not to return to this place. I strongly urge future clients to verify coverage details before booking a massage session, as unexpected payment requests may occur post-treatment. The rating I assign, whether one star or more, is based on the service provided by your staff. The discourteous demeanor of a staff member justifies a zero-star rating. The $130 charge for a seemingly basic massage prompts scrutiny regarding the value delivered by your RMT service. The discrepancy between this fee and industry standards, coupled with only $100 being claimed from insurance and an additional $30 from me, lacks transparency. I question the justification for a $130 price tag on what seems to be a straightforward massage. Notably, my Blue Cross coverage includes unlimited RMT sessions, leading me to wonder why the full amount was not claimed. The practice of withholding this information until post-treatment raises concerns about transparency. Consequently, my rating concludes at zero stars."

"Decided to book an RMT Swedish massage after being sore for days and my regular massage place was booked for months. Definitely made the right choice. Place is very clean, quiet, unassuming and the therapist (Anna) really helped with all my aches and sore muscles. Very informative and gave me tips on how to properly stretch certain parts of the body before and after workout. Prices are also very competitive and fair. Will definitely come back (might even be a regular). It's also so close to my apartment so that's a win."
