"Disappointed with Our Experience ???? We were really looking forward to a relaxing couple’s massage, but unfortunately, only I was accommodated while my husband was left without service. We were told that no therapists were available because their therapists had left, which was frustrating especially since our appointment had been confirmed days in advance. Not only was this disappointing, but it also wasted my husband’s time as he had to sit and wait while I received the service that we had both booked for. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but it would have been much better if we had been informed ahead of time rather than arriving and being let down. As a frequent customer of 12 Tribes, I’ve supported this business because I love to see Filipino-owned businesses thrive. However, this experience left us feeling frustrated and unvalued. Unfortunately, after this, we won’t be booking again. I truly hope they improve their system so that future customers don’t have to go through the same experience."
