"Based on my experience, I had a really positive experience with the customer service and the quality of the haircut. The hairstylist was so responsive and friendly, and she even went out of her way to schedule me an appointment on a Sunday when she was supposed to be closed and resting. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. When it came to the haircut, I’ve honestly had worse experiences at other places. But this time, the stylist was incredibly precise in measuring and cutting my hair, and I haven’t had such a good haircut in a while. She really understood my hair and even gave me advice on how to maintain it. Plus, she was great at keeping up a conversation, which I think is so important in her role. Usually I don't feel much of a difference after my facials and my skin gets red and shiny. But after my experience with Aminah my skin felt soft and CLEAN.
