"One of the worst experiences I think I've ever had for a massage. Needed something ASAP so figured I would give it a try and was very disappointed. I paid 160$ for a deep tissue massage that wasn't anywhere close to being deep tissue, didn't seem to know much about what they were doing, never helped fix a single issue I went in with, if anything my knots are worse since going. Will never recommend ever and wish I could get my money back for the poor service."

She is by far the most informative and result driven person in this industry. I have tried many spas/services in all these areas of body treatments and finally found someone that understands my goals and actually shows results. Body sculpting - gave me realistic goals and focus on my body parts that I really wanted to sculpt especially curved sides and abdomen area. Hydrofacials - makes my skin glow and eemoves All the unwanted things that our skin collects. "My friend treated me to a Foot Spa for my birthday, and it was a fancy, luxurious place with friendly staff. We enjoyed some complimentary tea and snacks in their cozy lounge. However, when we booked a foot spa, they unexpectedly they wanted extra payment for a pedicure and salt scrub, which this felt unfair, especially compared to my past experiences elsewhere. Additionally, they started massaging our hands, which wasn't part of what we booked for, leaving us feeling a bit confused and holding our hands in the air! They limited the massage to just an inch above the ankle, whereas a typical foot spa usually extends up to the knees. They could focus more on what we have booked for, instead of charging us extra! She spend about $220 for this gift, which I found it expensive for that quality! Despite the overall enjoyable time, this experience makes me hesitant to revisit that spa."

"Calm, Clean, and Relaxing My experience at JFY was top notch. First they will offer you drinks while you finish your medical history form. Then you’ll be escorted to your room (I had the Scalp, Neck and Back aromatherapy massage) where you will have to choose your essential oil of your liking. My rmt was Lesia and she was awesome throughout the session. I asked her a few questions and she answered all my inquiries professionally and very approachable too. The massage was great and just the right pressure. After the massage, she transferred me to the lounge to enjoy my post-therapy snack and drinks! Overall, I felt pampered and well taken cared of! Will go back for sure."

"I just visited this spa after not being here for a while and got the aroma scalp, neck and back massage done by Ruth. The whole experience was amazing. Right when I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind. Then Ruth came out to get me and introduced herself to me before taking me back into the room. Before we got started she did a consultation to go over any concerns I may have and talked me through what I should expect from the massage. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole massage. When the massage was over, Ruth took the time to answer any questions I may have and even showed me a few massage techniques I can do at home to help my neck. 10/10 I would recommend going to Ruth! I already have my next appointment booked!! :)"

"Had a wonderful massage by Sarah and would definitely recommend! The building is very clean and surprisingly large! Receptionists were kind and helpful. The massage I booked was an aromatherapy back, neck and scalp, it was lovely. My only suggestion to improve was have the aromatherapy oils listed and something I could look over before since there are so many and I didn't know what oils were in each one. I ended up choosing one I liked, the muscle relaxing oil. Overall, very happy and will return!"

"I had a wonderful Nourishing Body Wrap with Chloe a few days ago for my monthly self care, definitely will be coming back! I loved the exfoliation and the steam shower was amazing on a cold winter night. Finishing off with a nice body butter massage and spent some time to decompress in their lounge which is a nice treat. They have a nice assortment of hot beverages and even a light snack bar. The spa itself is very beautiful in a really nice, peaceful atmosphere. I think the wrap is really reasonable for how much is included, lots of scents to chose from and staff is very pleasant to deal with. I have been before a few years ago and got a pedicure there but I find its a little pricey for what you get compared to the other body treatments available. The body wrap (which took 1.5 hours) was amazing and really appreciated and I look forward to trying other services in the future, they have an extensive menu but I like all the detail that they put on the website. Because of that I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend!"
